Went to Grimsby store today and staff were friendly, helpful and polite….even to the customer screaming at them and abusing them as he left the store. Why can’t people just be kind like the staff were!

We where greeted on arrival with smiles, already knowing what we wanted, we made our way to the shoes, Ange was there and without a hesitation quickly mentioned if we need help to give her a shout. After a bit of deliberation we had decided on some shoes, Ange came to the rescue, after various mind changes and additional shoes required to out on (Ange, most definitely got her steps in) we finally settled on a pair, Angela was very polite and helpful and did not push any sales of any other shoes onto us, she knew what we were looking for from the moment we described what our feet are like and how comfy of a boot we would like. Overall a very fantastic experience.

I went in the store to purchase walking boots never bought any quality boots before. The assistant was so friendly and helpful it really helped me decide which boot to go for. I’ll definitely return again for other items.

All the ladies in the Grimsby shop were lovely and very helpful. They also explained membership and offers to me. And although they were quite busy they had time for everyone.

I had a great experience today, I was served by Rachel, who was very helpful, pleasant and informative.

I went in last minute to buy a tent and everything else needed for my teenage daughters who are going to a festival this week! The lady who served me was really knowledgeable and helpful and sorted us out a tent on a sale price and told us about a special offer on at the time so we got all the extras, sleeping bag, airbed etc at an amazing price. No hard sell just super helpful! Excellent customer service!!

Good range of walking shoes, but what really made the difference was the service. Carol could not have been more patient and helpful, and very knowledgable. I had very specific needs for arch support which Carol went out of her way to offer many options. Would happily recommend.
