Quality products as always at very reasonable prices. I was served today by Emily who was polite and cheery, as she always is.
Today I purchased fishing gear, feeders for 87p, feeder pre-tied hook lengths 97p how can you go wrong

Went to buy some camping chairs, but had not received my membership shit yet to get the deal. So Emily on the till sorted this out straight away no hassle. And was very happy,kind and polite!

Bradley was fantastic, great customer service and spent time helping me choose some new sunglasses. By far the best Go-outdoors I've visited

We went to buy a tent and camping equipment and as novice it was a bit bewildering, Josh T was so helpful showing us all the options. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave genuinely good advice. He made the whole process so easy. I have some more things to buy and will definitely be back. I really appreciated that there was no hard sell just fair, honest information about the products that made our decisions informed. Thank you so much Josh T.

Josh and Saskia were absolutely amazing today! All the information we needed to know we were informed of and we were advised on the products that were relevant to us. We bought everything we needed for our 1st hiking expedition and Josh helped us in every aspect, Thank you so much to you both, fantastic experience.

Lochlan kindly took the time to walk me through some E-MTB options. Once I was happy with the bike I wanted, he broke down the timeline for the bike to be built charged and ultimately collected. Less than 24hours later I received a phone call from Lochlan himself letting me know my bike was ready to collect. Upon arrival he remembered me without prompting. He then made sure the bike was set up for me to ride away should I want to. He gave me a comprehensive introduction to charging and caring for the bike. Very impressed with his service!

With limited time and even less knowledge about hiking we were approached by Vikki in store. She did an amazing job advising us and navigating the various departments to collect the clothing and equipment needed for our son’s first DoE camp. Vikki’s knowledge and own experience with hiking translated into great recommendations and savvy choices for our shop. To help she enlisted the support of her till colleague, Meena, who collected our items and had everything ready for us by the time we arrived at the checkout with the last few things. Team work! It’s rare these days to find such helpful people in retail stores, they’re a credit to you. The gear is excellent too! Thank you both!

What a brilliant team Go Outdoors have in Loughborough! Josh & Dave have been fantastic over the past couple of days (making up for the woeful online ’help’).

Actual shops are closing everyday but if you put passionate, knowledgeable people in a customer friendly environment the trend will be reversed.

We were able to reserve a replacement air tube for our Berghaus tent, which is likely to be the correct one after taking on the knowledge of the specialists in store.

Brands like Berghaus need to support businesses like Go Outdoors because both of weaker alone.

Easy to return item and speedy refund, very helpful staff.

Went in to buy a large rucksack for DofE. Very wide range of options but top marks go to Henry who was extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did he ensure that the rucksack fit properly and that we bought the right one, he gave us lots of tips and suggestions about the upcoming trip. All in all, he provided an excellent service.

We were served by Meena and she was so pleasant and helpful, if I could give two reviews with one being 5* for her service I would but the shopping experience itself was awful with how unbelievably hot it was. I can’t understand how such a big company expects its employees to work in such a hot and stuffy environment. Props to her for still being so kind and friendly in such a suffocating environment.

As a member you can get amazing savings. I bought online, then went to collections. Everything you need for camping and other essentials.
