Rendered Useless.
Purchased replacement air tube for berghaus air 6 tent, the box had been opened and the valve removed rendering the replacement tube useless, as was on site camping this was a very bad experience.

This is certainly not the standard we expect, and it’s very concerning to hear that the packaging had been opened and the valve removed. We will be raising this internally with the relevant team to ensure it’s investigated and doesn’t happen again.

Great store
Great store - variety of kit and clothing for hiking. My only wish is for Go Outdoors to stock Lowa (womens) hiking footwear. Surprised to find out there is a parking time limit for customers - Hoping the store supervisor is able to liaise with the parking company on my behalf, having needed to do a lot of browsing for upcoming mountain hikes, and having a member of my family with me who has a disability and requires additional time. Thank you to Saskia and the other ladies for your assistance in the women's clothing area.

Fishing Tackle
Bradley was a great help with the Fishing equipment. With so much various fishing equipment on display he helped me choose the right equipment to kit my Son with fishing rods, reels and tackle to get him started. Plenty to choose from in the store so he was a great help and very knowledgeable.
