I went to the Tunbridge Wells store today. I purchased a OEX APEX 24 bakpack. Caleb, the staff at the shop has been very helpful, He has had helped me to choose the one that i need and suitable for the puprose. He had shown me a few options that would be suitable for my needs. New storm jacket needed & found
I needed a new storm jacket for the upcoming autumn and winter so found exactly what i needed, Christina the manager was very helpful and showed me various jackets that would suit my needs and price range. Im very happy with my choice. Its a nice shop with something for every price range and i will use again. The discount card helps a lot too.

A little smile goes a long way.
Previous visits to the store were very positive but on this occasion we found this member of staff disinterested,and little condescending. We will use this branch again but will avoid this member of staff.

Wonderful experience in the go outdoors shop as I had little knowledge of camping. Christina, the sales assistant was fantastic guiding me through all the things that I would need.

Helpful lot at Tunbridge Wells
I haven't camped for a while so off I went to Go Outdoors for advice on what to buy for a novice camper. I went to the shop twice and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff were in suggesting the essentials. I was in and out in no time.

Dealt with a lovely lady called Emma along with a lady called Christina. Emma was fantastic with assisting with what was needed on our first camping trip as a family of 5. Would highly recommend came away incredibly satisfied with the whole process!
