Ich kann mich den negativen Rezessionen nur anschließen. Ich habe vor knapp einem Jahr einen wäschetrockner gekauft.
Nach paar Wochen musste jemand kommen und diesen reparieren. Jetzt nach einem Jahr kann man die Türe nicht mehr verschließen, ebenso trocknet er nicht mehr so, wie am anfang. Socken und Unterwäsche trocknet er nicht mehr, das programm geht aus. Nie wieder kaufe ich was von Gorenje also Finger weg von dieser Marke!

I have a kitchen stove gas electric combination Model GK6B41XD that I bought 6 moths ago problem is that it is so complicated to use the oven why so many controls.. should be one knob for the oven lol it has a 2 hour timer witch should not be there at all for I should be able to use my stove for as long as I want not as long as the stove lets me... timer should be optional so a can choose if I want the timer or not, this way i have no choice I must use the timer.

then they made the stove 5 centimeters lower than the kitchen cabinets lol. what's up with that... don' t they know the height of cabinets.

the oven door has no frame around the glass so any spills on the stove go in-between the two glass panels and you have to take door apart to clean it..

the whole stove seams so flimsy and weak no quality there.. bottom drawer is paper thin like for children's toys...

I have a Gorenje bar fridge that my wife bought for me around 1980 and it's still keeping my beer nice and cold here in Australia. It's been through about 7 changes of address and I've only ever changed the light bulb twice.
45 years old makes it older than 4 of our 5 children.
Great product.

Don't even think about buying something from them, ESPECIALLY A DISHWASHER. I've bought a dishwasher from them 2 years ago,and since then,it kept Washing horrible. I had to clean off everything from the dishes, otherwise it would leave marks...and even so,pretty often,it leaves dirt and fat greases on the dishes. Don't buy a dishwasher from them!!!

I bought a gorenje cold press juicer JC200BE, which broke after only two days of use. In the product description it is written (as well as in the photo) that it can fit a piece of apple. when I decided to use the juicer, I saw that the whole apple would fit in it only if it were the size of a plum, but I don't think it matters the little things. On the second day of use, I take an apple, cut it into 4 parts, insert half and press start. as soon as the device started working, it was heard that something broke in the engine. I will make a return on 19.09. where I request a refund because something was obviously wrong with the device from the very beginning. Today, 03/09, I call the service where they tell me that the product has not yet been inspected, that it is waiting for processing to see if it can be repaired or not. Which means that they would send me back the device with a fault instead of immediately refunding my money or handing over a new device. From today I avoid burning products!

Bought a Gorenje fridge freezer a few years back, like many admittedly for the looks rather than the tech.
All the freezer drawers cracked in the first few months. The plastic utilised for these drawers is clearly not cryo-stable. So much for product testing! Not surprisingly over time just about every shelf and drawer in the fridge section has also cracked. After reading the reviews I decided not to put myself through the warranty nightmare this company prides itself in.
It is impossible to source replacement freezer drawers. They are always out of stock so I know many others have the same problem.
Don’t waste your hard earned money on this brand. No installer recommends these products. Enough said.

Powerboost induction hob - boils in less than 20 seconds. Mind blown! Best induction we've had and it replaced an item 3 times it's value.

Extremely bad customer service! My husband wanted to change the door (from right to left), but the recesses for the screws were filled with foam! Just holes that were all covered in foam! And do you know what the support said!? That we ourselves filled these recesses with foam! That is, do you think that when people see recesses, they first think “hmmm, shouldn’t we fill them with foam and then replace the door?” Gorenja, you suck!

Very bad!
I bought a mixer with guarantee, after a month the plastic broke without any reason and when i went to their shop for fixing by the guarantee they said its a misuse !! And i should pay as half of its price to fix it!
Never buying from this brand again

Undercounter fridge freezer from John Lewis. Not cheap. Freezer door broke, and genuine spart part does not fit. Have phoned and emailed, sending all requested information. Not at all impressed by lack of reply.

My Gorenje wine cooler cost over £1,000 and was purchased in October 2021. It is just over 2 years old - by a single month - and the warranty period is 2 years. The window has now ‘blown’ and condensation sits within the panes, a clear case of a fault or product failure or both. The cooler is rarely used and has been operated as per instructions.
Gorenje offered a 10% reduction on the £400 cost of replacing the door but refuse to offer any more as it is out of the warranty period. Customer service has been quite hopeless, I have had repeatedly to chase and it is very difficult to get a response.
My advice, based on this experience, would be to avoid all Gorenje products. Their service and product in the experience of this ex-customer has been appalling.
There are much better options with far better and reasonable customer service and quality of products that do not fail after 25 months.

Horrible customer service. Our IH hob is a lemon. We used it for less than 2 years and it came with a newly built apartment. They say that they can’t repair under warranty because the builder bought it more than 2 years ago. Okay, then we tried to book a chargeable repair. It has been a joke. The phone line drops in the middle of a call, they change their price every time we call, but we can never book a repair because they just hung up the call. What a joke. We called a handyman and he was surprised to hear such low level of service from Gorenje as our product is an high end one. Unfortunately a special tool that only Gorenje has access to is needed for the repair. We are stuck because we can never book a repair with Gorenje.

Finger weg von diese Firma!!! Nieeeee wieder! Kauft bitte nichts bei diese Firma.

Habe Geschirrspüler gekauft am 09.06.2023 war kaputt, haben sich geweigert den Gerät auszutauschen, Chef war nicht erreichbar hat sich wahrscheinlich im Büro versteckt,Techniker nachhause geschickt konnte ihn nicht reparieren hat gesagt er kommt in eine Woche mit dem Teil, keiner meldet sich keiner kommt,nach Anruf (unsimpatische und unhöfliche Frau am Telefon)wurde behauptet das stimmt nicht(also ich lüge auch noch) Techniker hat nie behauptet er kommt in eine Woche so ob sie dabei war😡😡😡😡😡

This sums up this Company they don’t even acknowledge any these comment why would you even consider dealing with this company

Very poor customer care

First company I have seen who charges Rs 1000 visiting charge over and above the replacement part charges, while all companies adjust the visit charge in the repair cost.

The worst company in fridge & appliances, never buy anything from this brand , I bought Two in built fridge from gorenje, from that 1st day single Fridge is not working properly, I complaint at least 100 times on customer care the person visit 1 , 2 times but problem is not resolved after paying service charges in guarantee period and now they are not picking phone from last 2 months , so I recommend never buy anything from gorenje instead give that money to any needy person

Customer service is a joke. Spares are none existent. Rather than buy Gorenje why not remove your eyeballs with a spoon. A much better way of spending your time, and far less painful.

Nulu bih dala da mogu veliku NULU! Kazan za bojler nije u stanju da izdrži ni 5 godina ! Prva popravka bila već posle 2 godine! SRAMOTA ZA KOMPANIJU KOJA JE NEKAD BILA NEŠTO ! Sad je velika NULA!

Our gorenje fridge is just out of warranty. The build quality was poor with ultra brittle plastic trays that constantly broke. Excess water in the fridge area after defrost making things wet. Door seals poor quality, again brittle, split and buldging and even come off at times. And to top it off the auto defrosting part of the fridge has just failed giving us a nice hot 20c fridge and an over frosted freezer. Its £250 to repair or £500 for a better quality fridge/freezer that doesnt fall apart after 2 years! I think £500 would be well spent to be rid of this junk. Buyer beware!
