Libby was great. She explained the steps to me, step by step, and the first thing she asked was if I had any concerns, which she took notes on. I asked her for her suggestion because the house was larger than expected, and she was able to advise on the best service they could provide and give me a quote over the phone without any issues. It has been a great experience, and Libby was super kind as my italian/english in this field was not teh greatest one! :)Highly recommended.

Great service, great survey.
Had my second survey done with this group. I used Chris Regan again as I liked the job he did on my last survey and totally trust his opinion. I found his survey to be very thorough and really appreciated his honest advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend this company. Ive bought a number of properties in the past and the surveys I've had from Chris have been the best.

Really helpful andf insightful
Robert Mons conducted the survey which was incredibly thorough and helpful. I wanted to ask a few questions afterward and Robert was incredibly generous in spending 45mins one evening talking me through the key points. His 30 years of construction experience provided practical and insightful understanding to the issues I am inheriting with the new house.
