When my order came in all I received…
When my order came in all I received was the pans and lids. I also ordered the protective inserts which never came. Now one of the handles is stuck and won’t unlock so it’s broken. I won’t order anything from this company again.

GREAT PRODUCT
After seeing the heavy advertising, we succumbed and bought a set.
When it finally arrived, we started using it immediately and were happy to find that our cookware was exactly as advertised.
It cooks and fries extremely well and the best part is the very easy cleaning afterwards.

The pan burnt the first time I used it to cook one steak, it’s being replaced but the fact I can’t even cook a steak is pretty bad

Handles faulty wouldn’t detatch took…
Handles faulty wouldn’t detatch took ages to get them to send replacement ones, still not sure these handles will last. If returned they deduct 15% and you have to pay package and postage also they don’t give you any address so difficult! Not impressed

Unbranded, very unimpressive pans for restaurant kitchen
I bought a set of 4 titanium pans. Quite a long time for them to arrive from China. Unbranded, cheap pans, I can't be sure they are actually titanium as everything sticks to the frying pans. They look very much like restaurant pans, a little too large for home use. No branding, no markings nothing to indicate the different Hobbs they can be used for, nor how much liquid is in them with a scale on the inside. Bolt on handles, they look cheap. My other pans look good but these are unremarkable and a MASSIVE disappointment. The advertising on their website - the reviews, give the the impression it's was written with AI and total fiction in my opinion... I should have noticed the 'flowery' descriptive and over-the-top language! I bought them because they were cheaper than alternatives and regret it. Do not buy the titanium pan set!!

Great concept but poor quality…
The idea of the pots and pans with removable handles is great, however, the handles chip the sides of the pans and the pans scratch and burn easily (when using their rubber utensils). Customer service was very hard to communicate with and I was told I would receive a refund for the damaged pans and for their shipping error and after constant reaching out on my part, I received a refund of $8 on nearly $1000 order 4 months later.

Great cookware!
The time from ordering to getting the delivery was only 4 days! :-) The pans etc., are brilliant, the only minor negative is the silicone utensils ended-up stained after the first use. Hopefully this the staining will fade over time?!

The butter yellow ceramic set brightens my whole kitchen. Beyond the color though it genuinely cooks beautifully. I barely use oil now and everything wipes clean with almost no effort.

This cookware is brilliant. Love the even heat and no -stick surface makes cleaning a breeze. I like the way in which it stacks together as we have a caravan and space is a premium.
