Grandin Road Avis 

Everything has been perfect from beginning to end. I ordered the Ava 93in sofa and the chair and a half ottoman and sure it took a few weeks for delivery, but pottery barn or west elm had projected delivery dates several months out. The guys who delivered it were great and respectful of my home, they wore booties in the house to set it up. The couch is so comfortable and the slipcover is amazing, it truly repels stains! I’ve brushed up against it with my hand that had blood on it or with a piece of food that fell and it just wipes away with a baby wipe! Customer service has been great, they honored their lowest price guarantee so I called back within 30 days of purchase about a lower price than what I paid being listed and they refunded me the difference! So far it’s been almost 6 months and I’m beyond happy. Will continue to purchase furniture from here. Yes it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s cheaper than pottery barn or west elm.

I’ve had these stools for a year and a half and while i love the look the footrest on both stools are totally falling apart. For the price point I wish GrandIn Road would stand behind their product if there was a defect. My little one sits on these and I’m sure Grandin Road would hate to hear of a child getting hurt because their stools fall apart. While their customer service agent was apologetic this isn’t acceptable.

They ask you to review a purchased product but deny posting it unless it’s positive

Rude and incompetent. Bought a sofa from Grandinroad and paid for "white glove" service as we are in our 70's and the sofa is 84 inches and heavy leather. "White glove" means they set the sofa up. Well they left it on it's side and would not screw in the 6 legs and turn it over. Grandinroad has lodged a complaint with J.B. Hunt and are paying us to have someone come out and turn the sofa upright as J.B. Hunt REFUSED to send the driver and helper back k out and said we can wait 3-7 days til they can get around to it. If possible avoid this company. We will never purchase from Grandinroad again because this is who they use.

I wish I could do a minus star. This company is the biggest ripoff for Halloween decorations. The animated skeletons are ridiculous in price and they only last for about 6 months. I ordered three sets of animated skeletons and when I took the Dueling Banjos out of the box and plugged them up they would do anything.
The only thing was whe one tried to moved its head it made a terrible sound. I realize they were bought 10 years ago but the only time I used them was at Halloween which was approximately 6 months for the 10 years. There was about 4 years they stayed packed up because of family sickness and the Covid quarantine. When I contacted them I thought they may have some kind of explanation and maybe give me a discount if I bought another set. No after I explained what a short period of time I used them, I never heard another word from them. I retired after working 49 years at the same location.so I am not looking for something for nothing, just wanting them to be fair. I will never place another order with them because they have sorry customer service. The only thing companies think about today is money and greed. I will just suck up my loss and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a leather topped coffee table on Aug11th that was scheduled to arrive Aug 16th. Kept checking tracking every day, but it never updated. Called customer service when it was about 2 weeks overdue and was told they had no idea where it was, but would get back to me. They never did. Called customer service again and she kept telling me to call back in a few days because she could not help me. Called again and was told it was lost and they would refund me. I expected them to say they would re-order it and put a rush on, but by this time I wanted nothing more to do with them and took the refund. Very disappointed in them and would never shop there again.

I bought two bedside tables on sale. Actually my husband bought them and forgot to apply a coupon code. I called CS right away and they were able to cancel and reorder with a code that also saved me money on shipping. One of the items arrived damaged, it was easy to switch it out. CS was helpful, personable and trustworthy, and the items are fantastic quality. Very happy with the service and products.

Ordered and received a LIZA teak bench in good condition. Asked a Grandinroad product specialist to inquire with their vendor of the bench which teak sealer brand they use to maintain the bench finish. I wanted to use the same brand when I maintained teak finish. I never asked for the vendors name but was told that they could not tell me because of a Confidentiality agreement. To me that is unacceptable and very disappointing. Buyers beware!

I received the wrought iron Santa in a sleigh. With three spotlights on it you can’t even tell what it is. Extremely disappointed product is cheap and will never buy again

Ordered chairs in September 2020. Accepted payment right away and then found out product was backordered. Target was forecast for late October, we had to call three times to get a new date when it rolled into early November. How they claim they have a new delivery company and can't really tell me when we'll get the chairs, they show it shipped 10/30. Terrible supply chain management and poor customer services, would not recommend for potential customers. We had a really bad experience.......

I am giving this website two stars based on their merchandise only as they have a decent selection. However, I would not order from them. Their shipping costs are through the roof, you get Absolutely nailed on the shipping. Almost all online retailers offer some sort of shipping discounts, whether it’s free shipping if you spend over $100 or free shipping for a week, just something. Grandin road offers nothing. You pay a premium cost to ship based on how much you spend. The more you spend on merchandise the higher your shipping cost is so it’s not a matter of a heavy or bulk item. Just awful.

Do not order furniture from Grandin Road unless you want to wait 5+ months to receive it, and deal with a business that does not communicate issues or cancellations to its customers. They cancelled my order without notifying me. When I called customer service, I was told that my original order, placed in July, had been cancelled and that my replacement order would now be delayed until November 30, at the earliest.

Great products, unique items, high quality. I purchased two navy blue leather storage benches for a game room. They are perfect with no issues. Also a "dice" side table that is a favorite piece. 3 wood framed illuminated frames that hold record album covers for display w/ remote controls. Very pleased with all products.

Ordered Indonesia made bench with leather top. Unfortunately came damaged on the legs, never took out of box and returned it no problem. Very good company and no nonsense return of damaged products.

Great high quality products ( bedding, home decorations and outdoor products). I have had shipping issues and items broken in shipping which is the reason l didn't give a Five Star. The quality of products and customer service is top notch, however I had issues ordering online and had to call my order in. Overall I am very happy with all my products. I wish they would have better discounts.
