Great Western Camping is a specialist Outdoor and Ski retailer. We stock an extensive range of clothing and equipment for walkers, skiers and climbers. Our brands include Patagonia, Salomon, Rab, Scott, Head, DMM, Petzl Dolomite and Salewa. We are a family run, independent retailer and pride ourselves in good customer service. Our shop in Dorchester was established in 1986 and has twice been a winner of the Outdoor Industry Association’s outdoor retailer of the year award.

I am so glad that the search engine took me to this company to buy my daughter’s new skis. As soon as they received the order, they contacted me to ask me about the setting I needed for the bindings to customise them for my daughter’s specs. Great communication and quick delivery. Very competitive prices and uk based. This company has 5 stars for me and I have already shared their info with fellow skiers. What a fantastic customer service and overall experience.

Went the extra mile
I purchased a coat for my tall son coming from abroad. I contacted Great Western to check on returns policy and sizing. They went the extra mile, extending the return window and getting one of the lads to model the coat. Communication excellent. The coat, a Sprayway is a perfect fit. Very impressed all round.
