Gripped Fitness Audio Avis 

Do not buy, I repeat do not buy headphones. These might be the worst headphones in the history of headphones. I definitely wasted my money. Smh

My first V3 snapped, but i still bought again from them this time its V3 lift headphones. It just works great for its cheap price, sounds almost par with beats. One thing i like about it is it wasnt too big like other gym bros use to wear with a snap back hat with it. I think this time it wont snap easily due to reinforced hinge, its a great headphones while i cant speak for their earphones

I bought a pair of the ear buds. They sometimes fall out of your ears. The ear buds themselves fell apart so I had to superglue them together. After maybe 2 months the battery would no longer hold a charge. I know I didn't pay much for them but thought they would've been better.

Died in a week. Arrived broken and literally stopped working in a week. I exchanged 24 emails with them the gave up and went to my credit card. DO NOT BUY

Horrible product! Had to exchange 3 times do to a hinge breaking at the same spot on all of them. Now the last set we have, a white set, the material that's next to your ear is cracking and basically shredding off. I ordered cover's for them 7 days ago and haven't received them even after paying almost as much to ship them as they were to purchase. I looked today and they are still on the East coast....after 7 days. I am in Wyoming, so at this rate, I'm thinking I might have them by Christmas! Gripped will get no more $ from us and I will write this review every place I can!

If you like throwing money away BUY THIS PRODUCT terrible 2 pair broke during 10 month of use. Not at all hard wearing!

JUST TERRIBLE!!!

Have now gone through three sets. Look at them funny and they snap at the hinge.

Cheap plastic, horrible customer service, non responsive.

I filed with the BBB and Gripped did respond to them either.

I ordered a pair of headphones and never received them. I contacted Gripped and they said it’s not their problem basically. The address provided was correct and I have never had a problem with any of the online shopping I do. This is a scam!!!!

Still a Crappy Company

After WEEKS of back and forth, they request a video showing the headphones don't work. Uhhh, wait, what the hell? Just return my money. So I send the video. This company is like snails in the response department. Gripped Audio Fitness decided to send me a replacement pair of headphones, which I do not want. PAIR NUMBER 2 DOES NOT WORK! I wanted a refund. They sent me another pair of their cheap, plastic headphones that do not work!! This company is ridiculous - right outta China with their plastic, YES PLASTIC, headphones. In the middle of the back and forth, my daughter bought me a pair of Beats and they are metal and high quality. This Gripped AUdio Fitness is a rip off and scammers. They are literally plastic headphones. Spend the money on Beats or Sonys. PLEASE AVOID GRIPPED AUDIO FITNESS!

Loving my new Gripped Headphones, so much so I’ve got all the different products. Love using my V2’s for weight training or the frees and the actives for cardio. Training is that much better now!!

The worst company to buy headphones from. Do not stand behind their product. I jumped through multiple hoops to get a return after their headphones wouldn't charge. I got the V.2 Equalizers. Because THEY were out of stock they would only replace them with an upgraded version and had asked me to spend an additional $45. On top of what I purchased for the first pair. They do not stand behind their product and are simply just searching for money and willing to scam people out of more every chance they get.

Worst company ever to deal with! I received my V.3 headphones and the bluetooth does not connect. I emailed them expecting instructions on where to send my return. Instead they want you to try all different things to get them to work and when they don't, they want a video, which I refuse to send. I cannot find a return address anywhere on the website or a phone number. At this point, I just want whatever money I can get back if someone will send me an address!!

Their website says hassle free returns. Do Not Believe This. It is anything but hassle free

I just got pair of the new Gripped LIFT headphones and i absolutely love them! I have had the Equalizer V3's before which were awesome but these are next level! They came super quickly in the mail too. Cant recommended these enough!

I would say great I was looking at buying beats and then the price was so expensive and heard a lot of people having problems with the issues and I just wanted a good pair of headphones for the gym. The design is awesome, sound quality is good could be better with the bass tho but I don’t care about that some people might I want good clean sound and the fit perfect slant with the head not straight on they tilt in a bit so makes it fit perfect.

Cheap product has broken now second time and I have to wait weeks for a replacement

This has got to be the worst experience of my life. I’ve sent my headphones back for return and the first thing they tell me is we Have a 30 day return policy. Get I send them back and it they determine after almost a month the headphones don’t turn on so my return is closed and I will be mailed a new item. How can it take almost a month to determine the headphones don’t turn on and they decided to send me replacement. I didn’t want the things at all. I should mention that I returned the items in the same original sealed package I received so I was mailed a defective item to begin with.

I owned my V.3 Equalizers for 2 weeks when the hinge broke upon taking them off. I see that others here have had the same experience with their V.3s. These are made of cheap plastic and unworthy of the $120 sale price. I assume the other models are equally cheap.

They claim to have a 30 day warranty; however, their customer service is quite possibly the worst on the planet. They do not have a phone number to call, only an email address. When you email them it takes upwards of a week to get a single response and when they do finally respond, it's a bizarre, vague response such as "This issue has been closed." Well, WTH does that mean? Am I getting a replacement pair? Am I getting a refund? No response. On that same email they ask you to rate their feedback and, of course, that link does not work either.

Their website is full of fake reviews.....thousands and thousands of 5 star reviews and not a single one has a low review. You cannot review them anywhere else, which is why I came here to review.

Do not waste a dime on this company. These headphones will break and you'll be swept up into this horrendously tragic customer service nightmare that I am currently dealing with. Maybe they purposely drag their feet on responses for replacements/refunds so that people give up and they get to keep your $120 for what probably amounts to a $15 cheap plastic pair of headphones likely made in China.

I've tried a ton of headphones lately and these sound by far the best for me. These can produce comfortable solid bass and let me end up hearing subtle sounds in the music that is missing with other headphones. They are also very comfortable and light-weight. Best of all, these are cheapest of the descent sounding headphones I've listened to. Highly recommended!

This review will be over the V.3's. To start off, I would like to mention that I was happy with the battery life and sound quality. However, they broke after owning them for only a month. When taking them off of my head, the headphones snapped at the folding joint. I would say that I have a fairly small head, so it is not like I had to spread the headphones very far to fit over my ears. I am really disappointed that they broke so easily. No matter how good they sound or how long the battery lasts, none of that matters if they cannot even withstand daily use.. not something you would expect from headphones that are $120+... Currently trying to see if customer service will honor a replacement for their faulty product.

It's my first time purchasing with Gripped and I had a great experience. I am pretty satisfied with the sound and the quality of the product. Highly recommended. Thumbs up!!
