Gripped Fitness Audio Avis 

I recently purchased the blacked out equalizers v.2 and am extremely satisfied with the product I received. Great sound, great battery life, and great customer service.

I got mine last Christmas as a gift and I'm very happy with it. No fall offs and no issues with connecting it to my mobile phone. Keep it up, Gripped! Can't wait to try the frees..

I ordered a month ago the equilizer v.3 and I have never seen the product,they said the package was lost and the customer service doesnt want to refund or send another one what the F.

I fall in love with these headphones from the moment I got them. They have a comfy fit but the sound quality is what really blew me away. The Audio on these are by far the best I've heard. These gripped headphones are incredible. Thank you!

Awesome sound, fit and quality all for half the cost of other big brands. I always see these guys popping up on social media but was a little hesitant to buy them but are completely blown with them.

This is the third pair of Gripped headphones I’ve bought and they are well worth the $$$.
There was an issue with my second pair where the ear pad started to fray howevever the team sent me a replacement pair as soon as I let them know.
The latest pair of Gripped Free true wireless earphones I got are totally cool and boom for such small things.
Happy to buy from these guys.

Read all of the other 1 star reviews. I have the same experience. Also, keep in mind I posted a 1 Star review on their website that never showed up. This company is a joke. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY from them.

Absolute best headphones I’ve ever had. I got the V3s after thinking about it for a while and I wish I didn’t wait so long. They fit so snug and are so comfortable for every workout. They never fall off and the battery actually lasts longer than I thought it would. Would buy from gripped again without hesitation and have recommended them to all my friends at the gym.

This would be the best headphones ever!! Worth the price and quality! Their customer service department is awesome! Next to purchase would be their FREE earbuds. Thank you GRIPPED!

Bought these not really knowing anything about then and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised in how well they perform!! These won’t be my last pair!!

I'm 33 and weighing 200 lbs and I am really looking for a pair of headphones to help me focus in the gym. I have tried different types and brands but none of them satisfy me until I came across this Gripped V2. I tried it because it's affordable and their website says it is the official gym headphones and guess what!? I am surprised how it sit still on my head while in the treadmill. Another thing I like the most is that its; actually sweat resistant. If you sweat a lot like me, you will probably love this. So if you're like me looking for a gym headphones, you might want to try a pair of these.

My son have seen this Gripped Headphones in FB and asked me to get the Gripped FREE Black. Once received, he totally loved it and always bring it wherever he goes. His friends are planning to buy too. Thanks Gripped for this wonderful product, not too expensive but high quality! More power!

I got my Matte Black V.3 and I have to tell you, it's the best headphones I have by far! Customer support are awesome too, they have assisted in tracking my order to make sure I receive it. Loving it! Will be buying different colors soon! :)

I purchased my headphones early August 2018 only to not receive them. Now nearing end of December 2018 to be told the item had been shipped back to sender and has been lost. Apparently they are not responsible for this so I am not to get either reshipment or refund, even though Trading Standards & Consumer Rights state the seller is responsible from the time of purchase until the item is physically in the buyers possession.

If you're a heavy sweat person be careful with the v3. I bought a set a little over a year ago and they quit working after a couple of months, gripped sent me a replacement set that also stopped working after a couple months. I was assured that it was just a defect and I wouldn't have the problem again. Third set also quit and they are now telling me that the warranty period has expired as it doesn't restart with each new set. So 3 bad sets in a year and your left with an expensive paper weight?

Why couldn't i have read this sites reviews before buying these headphones. I've had just about every pair of headphones, & my favorites were Beats when, all that was out at the time was wired. And the wireless Bose soundlinks, they were pretty good. Gripped Fitness is by far the worst all around!! I mean I've bought Bluetooth headphones from Big Lots before that were $10 that sounded better, lasted longer, battery life lasted WAY longer!! & the best part was I didn't have to deal with these people from Gripped Fitness @ Big Lots. by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company with both the product & customer service. Ill try & make this as short as possible. I hate to give them an oz. of credit but there was 1 thing that I liked & that was when I laid down to bench the phones staid on my head. Yay!!! Other than that, Sound was OK definitely not worth $85! Quality felt like they could break any minute & the WORST thing was the battery life. Says they are to last 5 hours! Well mine last about 45 min. I see that they have NO HASSLE returns. Great. 14 emails later with this Charmaine & her reviews team as she liked to say it. Yea this definitely isn't a hassle at all. So she asked me to first send my info. I did. Then wanted a pic of the problem, I don't know how to take a pic of a dead battery but i will try. That wasn't good enough. I then needed to send a video! Of the dead battery! Think about it!?? Naw, it was all BS they never had any intention of getting me a newer one or returning my $. Sending me an email back was just away to make me feel like I might get my $ back. So yea they got me & after 14 emails, the last one fibally saying go ahead & return them, I have to pay for it to be shipped & they will look at them. They wont look at anything. & just send them back & say hey! We fixed them Screw Gripped Fitness. I don't get why this kind of crap is still legal to get away with.

Stay away from this company. Product is garbage, customer service is worse.

The worst customer service on planet earth they took 1 year and double the delivery costs with multiple falsehoods to deliver product they promised to deliver in 5-7 working days. The only plus side is the actual product good clean sound and decent enough durability but not worth the horrid experience with their customer service.

Great experience with this company! Their customer support really went the extra mile to ensure I was kept up to date every step of the way with my order and once I got my headphones I was ecstatic with quality of the unit. My only issue is some shipping issues but that was to do with the Royal Mail not this company.
