Buyer Beware!! Do not buy!! Rip- off Company with terrible customer service. I bought the V3 headset for 149 dollars April 1 2018. They broke and would not charge after the first charge. Uncomfortable to wear sound quality and length of charge time inferior. I just asked for a refund since they were defective and they refused because it was past 7 DAYS!! Ridiculous ! So had to return the product to them after several emails, pictures and all their BS. I paid over 16 dollars to return them . They were supposed to refund the shipping cost. Never happened. I filed a claim with my credit card company . The card company refunded the shipping and eventually the product price under " return protection". All this took about 4 months. They play a game called beat the clock.. They are a scam

I’m disgusted with my Gripped Fitness Audio Equalizers V.2 headphones. I have had them for 6months and the paint work has MELTED off them. This is something I would not expect from a ‘high quality gym audio brand’. Apparently they have an ‘Impact Resistant ABS Casing - Strong enough to withstand your gym bag’ however clearly NOT strong enough to cover the sun!! At time of buying they cost approx $100 and are currently at a retail price of $80. I suggest that you DO NOT purchase these and go with another brand. When contacting Gripped Fitness Audio with my complaint, requested a new pair I was told this does not come under warranty as it’s ‘general wear and tear’ and ‘misuse and damage’ to the headphones. Disgusting. I even highlighted that if this was damage then this would be in one area, not consistent on all areas of the headphones. Instead they have given me 10% off my next purchase. Why would I want another pair if this happens!? It’s believed that this has happened due to the paint reaction of the solvent coming through.... definitely not my fault or general wear and tear. Poor customer service, I would not recommend to anyone!!!

Got them as a gift for Christmas (about 6 months ago) They were great at first, no complaints. I would use them 5-6 times a week for an hour at the gym and would charge them after every workout. But the longer I had them the worse the charge would get. Finally it got to the point where the headphones would last me a whole 17 minutes! I emailed the company and told them my situation hoping to get a replacement or at least send them in to have them look at them. They told me to let the headphones completely drain of their charge and try again (I had already done that many times seeing as they only lasted me 17 minutes) They completely dismissed me after I told them nothing has helped. I figured a company would take pride in their products and care about their customers but I was extremely disappointed in their customer service. Will NOT be supporting this company and their cheap products.

•This new company boasts a great quality Bluetooth Headphone that they say is the #1 choice for people that go to the gym or workout!
•Being a fitness enthusiast it grabbed my attention, So I thought I would give them a try and write a review myself!
•Upon greater research I found several poor reviews including, Poor customer service, headphones breaking early, battery life not lasting more then 45 minutes and so on...
•I sent an e-mail to there customer service department asking about these poor reviews and what they have done to rectify these issues.
•I received a response same day and to make a long story short they claimed they had rectified all of the issues in question with that particular model (V.2) and I shouldn’t experience any of those issues!
•Happy to report I put them to the test and they didn’t disappoint!
•I had them at full volume for well over an hour and the sounds quality stayed consistent..
•The durability of these headphones was impressive as well they are quite comfortable to ware, and surprisingly they didn’t budge regardless of what exercise I was doing!
•For me this was a great purchase and I’m quite happy I made this investment towards my fitness routine! Great Job Gripped!! 💯💪🏽🇨🇦

Terrible steer clear of these guys scam artists, my headphones arrived while i was away for work.

I used them 2 session at the gym went to take them off my head and they snapped!

They have no charge the sound quality is rubbish made out of a cheap plastic looks like they wouldn't have lasted long anyway before they fell apart.

The company does not do refunds after 7 days that is "thier policy" i was repeatedly told even know under the law they are required to refund my money.

Which after being stuffed around for 2 weeks before getting told they wanted me to send them back for a replacement i had to go out and buy new headphones.

They will reply to social media and reviews talk nice tell you they will be in touch via email then block you on social media 😂😂😂

Laughable really these guys are a joke

Received one pair of headphones at Xmas which fell apart after a month. Had to pay shipping for a replacement pair which didn’t work at all. Then had to pay shipping to send the replacement pair back to the US. They have offered me another pair and will refund the return shipping but I don’t want them and am still battling for a full refund. Do not buy from them!! Nightmare company & useless product!
Update - refusing to refund! Can’t even supply colour I originally ordered.

Bestilte mine headset den 3/10 og har idag den 2/11 stadig ikke modtaget min pakke! Den står stadig som at den kun er overleveret til fragt firma! Og på deres side lover de 7-15 hverdage, det er vidst gået!! Og de har ingen forklaring på forsinkelsen
