Very good service

Purchase single bed for my son.took while for delivery. By the time I try to cancel the my order bed arrive.very good solid bed .took 2 hrs to put toghter 2 people. When you buy be careful. I think about size single bed it seems quit long .not standard single size .but we love the bed .my son is quit tall.only down .I wish I have provided plank at the bottom of the bed .it got only dust profe clothes at the bottom of the bed.thanks Grove bed budget bed I would say .if you got limited budget.

Order was delayed but I had to chase twice. Delivery was unbelievable. Although a boxed rolled mattress it was delivered by articulated lorry ! which meant I had to rendez vous 4 miles up the road in a layby. This was because it wouldn’t have been able to negotiate the country lane (just 250m to the house off the A9 trunk road). Was told it would fit in my car which it didn’t. On arrival at lay-by, the driver was several miles up the road at another one. He then drove to the where I was but couldn’t park as more traffic arrived. I then had to follow him to a garage 6 miles in the other direction. After determining it wouldn’t fit in my car I then returned home to get my other car with small trailer to return to the garage and pick the heavy mattress up. So not great from start to finish ! However they did call me after hearing of these issues and explained that they had used a 3rd party deliverer and would investigate this matter as not in accordance with their Service Delivery agreement hence they were as upset as I was with what had happened - hence my review reflects their actions following my feedback also.

The mattresses themselves were fine (although one which should have been delivered vacuum packed had expanded making it difficult to deliver). The issue with this company and why I wouldn’t use them again was their poor customer service. The delivery took longer than advertised and I had to phone to chase it up 7 times - their customer services never calling back when they said they would. The only redeeming feature was the excellent delivery driver who called prior to arrival and went above and beyond when delivering the mattresses.

Great company to buy from, bought a sofa/bed communication is good, couple of telephone calls to let me know roughly how long for delivery, then another with a delivery date & time. Definitely recommend 💯 👍

Mattress on bed In and out 7 mins

Worst company ever do not use, nothing but lies told and constant chasing! Took over a month to get my mattress even though delivery when first buying was week after. The awful smell from the mattress hadnt gone after a few days like they stated almost 2 months and it still hadnt gone so phoned for a refund took them 3 weeks to collect it and 3 weeks to get a refund. I would never use grove bedding again even if I had nothing to sleep on they are that bad. I dont usually leave bad reviews but they 100% deserve it.

My mirrored cabinet is beautiful and has so much storage room in the drawers.

Quality item dispatched quickly

The bed we received had a cracked headboard. The after sales service from grove was very good. The replacement bed has not arrived yet, otherwise they would have got 5 stars, but I acknowledge that they are constrained by the manufacturer supplying a new item.

Excellent product and a excellent service!

I ordered a bed from them. Excellent & reliable service from the Management. The quality of bed is excellent, top of the range. It is strong and I am using this without any complaints. I arranged assembly myself as I am based in London .

We ordered the bed back in January and then we was informed that the bed was out of stock but Grove told us that as soon as the new stock came in we would get the bed so end of February we got bed and Bernadette I think that is her name kept us informed all the time

Did a good job. New bed delivered and assembled and old bed taken away for recycling. Fast and efficient.
