Love this company. Fast dispatches never any problems with my orders from ordering to receiving parcels I would 100% recommend this company.

I’ve been ordering my children’s school jumpers and jackets from here for 3 years in a row. Love the quality, very good prices and never had an issue with delivery. I am never in a rush for delivery as I order well in advance for back to school so I pay for standard delivery. Will continue to order and have recommended to many of my friends. For a fraction of the price in school shops and if you prefer to have the logo you can pay to have them put on and still works out much much cheaper than paying in school shops.

Well, as to my "First Contact" with G/S, orders being noted to me by Ms Rebecca Jenner Business Development Manager, I would give a 100% Customer Satisfaction rating. Three separate orders all of which flowed through the system with total ease, products of very good quality/cost, delivered as stated, obviously with so many sellers on-line (some not so good) one has to be as careful as possible. Complaints should be welcomed by firms as to improve any issues/give firm a continued good name, I myself address issue to firm at first, and if note resolved in a timely manner, well straight to other outlets as T/S etc, so well done G/S (Rebecca Jenner) keep it up, T/B.

AVOID!!!! Terrible service, it has left me waiting for a jacket I ordered for almost 3 weeks! Only got a refund notice by email. ZERO customer service. Do not waste your time or money with this shoddy outfit.... Check out the reviews first.

The items are great what i brought i recommend GS workwear to buy my work clothing

an order was made with the wrong coloured shirt by mistake. within 5 minutes i contacted them and explained the mistake and asked for the right colour to be substituted instead as advised in the order change details. i sent 2 emails. no one replied after 5 days. there is no phone number to call and hence the wrong one came. Communication is non existent. I find this very poor customer service when no one replies to emails and there is no phone number.

Despatch and delivery took a little longer than expected, however on contacting the company they responded promptly explaining the , delay, and apologising with a delivery date with 24 hr tracked delivery, because of the inconvenience. Order arrived as promised unfortunately had to return one item that was unsuitable, refund was acknowledged and credit received the next day! I have ordered more items with confidence.

Reasonable prices, but they are just so slow, if you are in a rush for your order go elsewhere.

I was able to source an item which worked out perfectly after trying many other companies. The admin team were very helpful during an unforeseen problem with delivery and this was dealt with promptly and courteously.

Never buy from you again

Shocking service . Ordered a work tracksuit with express delivery and 9 days later nothing , I emailed and they said the order won’t be fulfilled because no payment was received . I sent proof of it coming out of my bank and they said no statement was in the e mail , which I could clearly see . Resent it and now they won’t reply to me .
Scammers !

7 to 10 days to dispatch the order then a few days postage!
12 days on average to get your items. avoid avoid avoid .order from Temu like they do #Dropship !

Really impressed with the customer service. We ordered a large number of T‑shirts in various sizes and a couple of them came up more generous than expected. We still wanted the shirts in a different size and didn’t want to pay return postage for an exchange. The customer service team were quick to respond over email, arranged free returns, and let us repurchase the correct sizes without paying shipping again. Excellent service, and we will continue ordering our workwear from this company.

Great experience! I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived by Friday. Everything was delivered on time, and the customer service team was very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommended

So far so goodish. Arrived in a fair amount of time. Nice quality, however sizing off. Size medium T-shirt more on the large side and size medium hoodie too small.
Returning for exchange has been quick and easy to return.

Took forever to arrive and then when I returned it to exchange the size, I was informed it would take 2-3 days to check the item before issuing a replacement! Waited a total of 15 days from initial order and the replacement never arrived.

Worst company ever.
•They sent me some shirts that were way too small, to be the correct size.
•For the first few days you could only check your order by downloading a sketchy app and making an account.

•The shirts were thin and poor quality.
•When I wanted to exchange them, that wasn’t an option, suddenly it was a clearance item.
•You have to pay them to send them back or if you choose your own courier, you still have to print a return slip, in order to send it back.
•It’s such an inconvenient sketchy company.

Very terrible experience. Should be 0 stars. Please avoid.

I placed my order on the 7th of Jan and recieved it on the 16th Jan. They had forgotten about my order and I have only recieved it because I chased it up. I ordered warm outdoor clothing for my husband he needed them urgently he works in the cold. I got a refund for some items as they were damaged so they didnt send me my whole order .AVOID

I was somewhat concerned when I read the reviews after placing an order, but all was good. I placed the order on Monday and received a dispatch email on the Friday (with tracking info) and the order subsequently arrived on the following Monday. I ordered a couple of different styles of t shirt for my son for PE and they are very nice quality at a great price. Time will tell how they wash or if they fade in the sun but I suspect they will be better than the official school uniform.
