The customer service is excellent - I had a few issues with my delivery and when I contacted their support team they responded very promptly and helped sort the problem quickly. Nicky in particular was great!

I’m giving this 5 stars to Charlie M from purchasing department as my order went from bad to worse. Not even going to write it all but want to say Charlie made it as much of a smooth journey through all the challenges we faced as possible! Great attitude and understanding!

I have just ordered my workwear with tuffshop with our company logo and the whole experience has been brilliant with all the staff and especially Helen who I initially dealt with. If you are looking for workwear i would highly recommend Tuff Shop you won't be disappointed.

I have bought a few different types of workwear items from tuff shop and the customer service and quality of items has always been great. Most recently Nicky Everall was very helpful in sorting out a mixup (which was my mistake) wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I was experiencing issues with a delivery to NI. Nicky was great, an alternative solution was found, the problem was sorted and items dispatched all within a few hours. Great. Highly recommend

I had an issue with some boots that were not right for me despite them being the correct size and different approaches to make them work, they gave me terrible blisters and I had to return them. The brand offered a 30 day guarantee, TuffShop carried out the process on my behalf and offered me an exchange of equal value. Jack and the team were extremely helpful every step of the way! Brilliant customer service.
My order was unfortunately delayed due to a supplier issue but sometimes these things can’t be helped.
I spoke to Robert who was very helpful and very efficient at finding the issue and coming to a solution.

I’ve used this company for all my work wear over the years. The process is made as easy as possible by the quality staff who go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The embroidery is spot on every time. A special mention to Nicky who always goes out of her way to help me out. I can’t recommend enough

Bought some steel blue work boots around 6 months ago and had an issue with one of the zips, contacted tuff shop to which they replied the same day, they then passed it onto steel blue with relevant info and I’ve got a new pair of boots on the way, all sorted with in a couple days by a lad called Jack Ellis haynes, would recommend

Payed a visit to tiff tuffshop today to get some work wear and Helen Jackson was very helpful and patient. Looking forward to receiving our new work wear, good quality and reasonably priced

Need to be clearer at checkout or via order confirmations through email as to waiting times for deliveries. I have found out that they don't physically stock the item I have ordered and that they need to place an order and wait on it to be shipped from Europe after enquiring. Meaning it's potentially a 2 week turnaround for the items to be received. Bit misleading, had I known this initially I would not have ordered.

It’s nothing wrong on tuffshops end as they got it to FedEx very quickly but FedEx told me it was going to be delivered on Thursday between 9:20 and 13:20 then it got changed to before 8pm then they changed it to before 8pm Friday and now it’s been changed to Monday before 8pm when I was hoping I’d have them as I’ll be working away all week so I’m not guaranteed to be able to get them now as they need a signature.

Nicky was really helpful and provided excellent service throughout. Communication was quick and clear, and the whole process with Tuff Shop was straightforward from start to finish. Really appreciate the support, thanks Nicky.

Ordered 3 Pairs of jeans online from Tuffshop that were slightly too long and needed to be exchanged. Laura in particular and all the team at Tuffshop were very helpful, quick to respond, and arranged for replacements to be sent very quickly. The whole returns process (which lets down so many companies) was clear, simple and very easy to follow. Would thoroughly recommend the business who obviously train their staff very well.
