Great customer service. Ordered incorrect item by mistake, and a replacement was sent to me straight away once they’d received the incorrect item. I only marked 4 stars due to having to spend a further £20+ to send the boots back. I understand it’s not their fault, I ordered the incorrect item. But many companies offer free returns these days.

Ordered my shorts which had to come from snickers first . They kept me up to date. I then had to exchange them to them being to small on my error . I then messaged the team to which Jack responded within hours . He set up the exchange quickly and I got the new ones pretty sharpish . Jack was quick in responding he made the whole transition smooth as . Would highly recommend buying from these. Oh the shorts now fit and they are belter

Ordered 2 pair of snicker trousers, but realised I had ordered wrong size. Rang customer service and spoke to Bob Lodge and he amended my order. Nothing was to much trouble. Wish all customer service were like tuff shop 😊 Hats off to Bob and the tuff shop staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super efficient service and really helpful. I got work uniform printed and my logo wasn’t a good resolution so the team have re designed my logo into a better format.

I recently bought a pair of work boots from Tuff Shop and had a great experience from start to finish. I was served by Abigail, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to understand what I needed and recommended a pair that turned out to be a perfect fit—both comfortable and durable.

It’s not always easy finding the right work boots, but Abigail’s expertise made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The boots themselves are excellent quality and have held up really well so far.

Excellent customer service from Helen, I had an issue with a faulty product which was dealt with swiftly and a replacement sent in around 24 hours.
A very easy process to get a replacement from start to finish, emails were responded to extremely quickly. Would definitely use TuffShop in the future for workwear.

Very responsive personal customer contact for our club order of specially overprinted Hi Vis waistcoats. I was able to manage deliver date and address with no problem thanks to Nicky Everall. Declan the design manager was also very helpful.

Had fantastic service from Bob. I called to see if I could swap the sizes of waterproofs I’d ordered. Nothing was too much trouble. New sizes ordered and received email confirmation. Excellent customer service.

I purchased some work shorts from here and delivery and customer service was top notch. Once I realised the shop was so close to me I called in and was shocked to see all the physical stock they have in store and sizes available.
