My experience with Zero Deposit was very positive. I used it for my new tenancy starting this week.

Service was excellent - the team was responsive and explained everything clearly when I had questions. The process was straightforward.

Payment and User experience - The online platform is very easy to use. Instead of paying a large 5-week deposit upfront, I could pay a small one-off fee which really helped me with moving costs, especially with my wedding coming up next month. The link from my letting agent worked perfectly and approval was quick.

Overall it saved me a lot of stress and money upfront. I would recommend it to other tenants looking for a more affordable way to move.

Good service from Zero Deposit. The platform is easy to use and much more affordable than a full deposit. My only suggestion is to make the renewal fee and terms a bit clearer at the start. Apart from that, the support team was helpful and I got approved quickly on 18/09/2026.

I had such a smooth and positive experience with Guarantor My Loan. Guarantor doesn’t necessarily have to be a home owner, good credit history is also accepted and Tom was great at explaining the process and it was very easy from start to finish. Thank you so much Tom!

Very professional

Very easy to use. All the paperwork etc was easily accessible by a phone or computer making it simple to read and sign documents. Loan was sourced and agreed very quickly.

Kwame was so professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and sorted any problems efficiently. Nothing was too much bother for him, even if he did have to work around my work schedule.
