We have issued you a full refund. You will receive a separate notification by email.
We are also sending you one of our wire combs as a GIFT to try. They are noted for their lightness and low profile and you might prefer that look. Most customers tell us they cannot even feel the wire style in their hair.
Since we in for a hot humid summer across the country.....do you have another friend who might like to try your Pretzel HairZing? If so, please gift it to her. She might love it and find it's a great alternative for getting her hair up off her head and neck without damaging or breaking her hair.

Love the concept....love how it will sit flat....once I get the hang of it.
One was for my boss who has a larger version she bought ,years ago.
So I was hoping we both would enjoy these.
Just need the Comb...larger....
All in all I will learn to love it,it would be Perfect if the comb was larger

However---Never Fear. Before we refund your order (which is the next step) we are sending you and your Boss some of our LARGER combs to try. Free. On the House. We think these will do the trick on your thick curly hair.
We love Canada. As a matter of fact, besides spending many happy vacations in your beautiful country, we are all avid fans of Margaret Atwood's "The Handmaid's Tale". As you know, Canada saves the day in that Hulu series. Of course.

Your first order was confirmed as delivered by USPS, but like many small businesses, we are seeing an increase in "porch / mailbox thefts" of delivered packages. Once you alerted us, we re-shipped your Stretch Banana Comb, but forgot to let you know we had taken that step. No wonder you thought we were ignoring you. I apologize.

After my order was placed, I received a call from a Company Rep, informing me one of the clips I chose was no longer available. The items arrived in excellent time
The items arrived in excellent time. One of the HairZing had black hair in it on arrival. I tried to contact with email and was unable to proceed. This make me feel like the HairZing was used, disappointing. Love the items and do get comments when I wear them. I have not worn the one that appears "used".
