They were very accommodating in working around dates as we had a very very tight schedule between getting the keys and our move in. Joe along with his professional team went out of the way in getting the work done in just 2 days. Kudos to their hard work and committment.

The fitters for Carpeting (Stephen) and laminate (Duro) were thorough, professional and cleaned up as they went along. They took care of every minute details. Overall 10/10! Thank you! Great experience. A must go company for all your flooring requirements. Super Happy

Hampton floors accommodated us for the short notice to get our floors done and for this we are so grateful as we were able to move to our new home the following week. Joe was always in contact with us and updating us about the progress.
The guys also helped us removed our kitchen cabinets. Will definitely recommend you guys to everyone! Fast and reliable service! Thanks a million and May God bless you all!

Tom was great in showroom showing samples helping me choose, Stephen & Clive couldn’t have been more efficient for installation - lovely people & beautiful finish so happy with the carpets. We are glad that we booked Hampton for our flooring. Joe from sales team was coordinating with this end to end process. This started with selection of flooring colors to materials. His team helped in deciding right combination for LVT, laminates and carpets by taking to their warehouses. With respect to installation, their team is quite flexible with the dates and understanding the urgency of customers and trying to fit the customer need. With all being said, there is no doubt with their installations of LV, Laminate and carpets. There is no gap at any places and they tried to go deep as much as possible to cover even boiler rooms with elite finish. Same as the case with carpet which had a perfect finish. Also, they are so kind in giving away left over carpets that I used for my attic. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with their service and professional customer servicing..!! Staff worked so quickly, stripped out all old floors and fitted new floor throughout my whole house in just 1 day, with minimal disruption, and left the house very clean afterwards. They were also able to fit a new carpet on stairs for us, with only couple days notice. Very happy with the quality of the
floors and carpet. Staff very professional and friendly

All im gonna say...6 years on and we still have problems with our floor...cowboys

We moved into a new build in 2019 and we went with Hampton floors. They were very fast to do the job and take your money, but if something goes wrong, you won’t ever find them. We have a herringbone wood floor in the hallway and living room and it’s awfully noisy. We asked someone to come and look at it, but no one came. I won’t recommend that company.

I am writing with a heavy heart regarding my recent experience with Hampton's Flooring Company.

A few months ago, I engaged with your company through Facebook in the hopes of finding quality carpeting for my home. Tony, one of your representatives, promptly responded to my inquiry and visited my residence with samples. After agreeing on both the price and the selected samples, the carpet was fitted.

Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with the fitting, as it was subpar and did not meet the standards we discussed during our initial agreement. I've made multiple attempts to contact Tony to rectify these issues, but unfortunately, my calls have gone unanswered.

My subsequent efforts to reach out to Hampton's Flooring Company have also been met with silence, leaving me no choice but to seek resolution through this review platform in hopes that someone will take notice and address these concerns.

I'm genuinely disheartened by this experience, as it is unlike any I've encountered before. I hope that by sharing this feedback, it will prompt a much-needed response and resolution to the issues I've faced.

I remain open to discussing this matter further and finding a suitable resolution.

This is my second time using Hamptons and again the work is perfect. Everything was hassle free... Good communication, quick turn around, excellent price and I'm delighted with the finished job. We got carpet and laminate flooring and everything was finished the same day. I'd highly recommend using this company
