Getting our corner sofa…
I have recently bought a corner sofa from there ds store in Crosshands and I was treated with friendly staff , helpful and showed us round all there sofas that were in line with our vision would 100% recommend going in for a visit.

Check Conditions for Unsatisfactory Returns
Dreadful experience with a bad mattress. No understanding and questioned our view on how bad the mattress was and that it was nothing like the one we tried out in the store. We will not be trusting them with any further business. It's sad, as over the years we've spent over £3,300 at their Cross Hands store.

We're truly sorry to hear you're disappointed with your recent experience, especially after your continued support and custom with us over the years.
You selected your mattress after visiting our showroom and trying it in person, and we were pleased to be able to deliver it to you just one week later — much faster than our usual 2–4 week lead time. When you got in touch two days after delivery to say it didn’t feel right and appeared to be dipping, we took your concerns seriously straight away.
We immediately asked for photos to help assess the issue, including the label to confirm the correct model was delivered, and one of the mattress in use to visually check for any obvious signs of fault.
Upon receiving the images, our team reviewed them and, while no clear fault was visible, we made it clear we were reporting the issue to the manufacturer for further expert guidance. We also explained that if there is no fault found, it may simply be that this mattress does not suit your comfort preference. Unfortunately, due to strict hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on mattresses that have been used—even briefly—as we cannot resell them.
Our store manager followed up with you the very next day to confirm that the manufacturer had been contacted and kindly asked for around 48 hours to allow us time to hear back from them. However, to our surprise, we received an email from you shortly after—exactly 48 hours from the original report—informing us to cancel any further action and that you wished to resolve the matter independently. You also requested that no further contact be made regarding a replacement.
While we completely respect your decision, we were taken aback by this review given the short timeframe and the fact we had not yet received a response from the manufacturer at the point you withdrew. Since then, we have spoken with the supplier who has confirmed there is no manufacturing fault and that the comfort level matches that of the model you tried in-store.
We genuinely regret that this outcome has caused such dissatisfaction. We do our utmost to ensure every customer has the opportunity to find a mattress that suits their individual needs, which is why we carry a wide range in-store to try before purchase. But as you can understand, we are unable to operate a 'try and return' service for used mattresses due to hygiene and resale standards.
We absolutely understand your frustration and wish there was more we could have done in this instance. We are truly sorry this experience has left you feeling this way, and although we may not have reached the resolution you hoped for, we appreciate the opportunity to respond and explain the steps we took.

Me and my boyfriend have recently bought a home, after many different sofa shop visits we decided to shop at happy homes in llansamlet. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any assistance. We were left to shop which I really liked it didn’t feel like a pushy or pressure to buy at the store. When we did need assistance Greg was more than happy to help us, overall highly recommend the store due to the friendly and helpful staff:)

Luke from Crosshands Happy Home Furniture provided excellent customer service, he actively listened to what I was looking for and he provided me with information on the different types and quality of mattress and bed bases.He also helped me choose a wardrobe for my son.
He was polite and had excellent interpersonal skills.He also put himself in the customers shoes as I was buying the bed and wardrobes for my 18 year old son.
I will definitely be returning and asking for Luke again!!

We ordered a sofa a couple weeks back and had amazing service from the store manager Ben. We had an issue with our sofa (our own fault) and Ben sorted out a new sofa for us and was absolutely brilliant. He helped us pick out the best deals and get the best for our money. We can’t praise him enough for his patience with us!

Well laid out store and friendly service
The store in Cross Hands is well laid out and there was a good range of styles and prices. Barri offered his advice and explained the pricing then left us to make our choice which we liked. We expected a 2 week wait but our furniture was ready for collection in about 10 days. We wouldn't hesitate to shop here again

Missing Bolt of Recliner Chair.
Hello, after many many weeks I am pleased to say that Wesley the engineer came yesterday to attach the bolt to my recliner, Wesley was extremely helpful and even fixed a protector, Justin the area manager of Happy Homes Furnishings got involved after the manager of the store Paul refused to listen to what I had to say, his attitude was not what you would expect from a store manager and as long as he is there no way will any of my family and friends will shop there..
