Delivery was a bit longer than normal as the harness part I needed had to delivered in from Zilco. However I was updated as to what was happening with my order happy with the service

Great hat and great service
The description of the hat was sufficiently detailed to enable me to know this riding hat was what I was looking for. The video on fitting it was also most helpful to ensure I purchased the correct size. The hat was delivered within 48hrs of ordering it which was amazing. Finally but most importantly it is a perfect fit, very comfortable and nice to wear for hacking and or dressage. Many thanks for a great product and excellent service.
