Did not intend to purchase your brand…
Did not intend to purchase your brand of mattress,
but once tested in store it was our choice against other well known brands.
Price was not a factor but once choosing your brand , were pleasantly surprised that it was £200 less than our other preferred brand

A very comfortable new mattress. There was a mix-up with the size on delivery but the error was rectified quickly and professionally by this company and the retailer.

Great Mattresses
Love these mattresses. Had ours for a few years & still feels like new. Just bought double for our son. Again, so comfortable. He said it's the best bed he's ever had. Sterling Beds where we purchased both were extremely knowledgeable & helpful in supporting us choosing the right Harrison Spinks mattress

It is too early for giving a feed-back since I received the mattress a week ago, but I like the quality of the tissue and the color - it is very elegant !!! I should try it a little bit more in order to understand if it is comfortable as I wished

I dropped one star because you sent a double instead of a king sized matress to the retailer. So I had to wait another week for my delivery. It was worth the wait! Matress is marvellous!

Bought our £1500 mattress from oak…
Bought our £1500 mattress from oak furniture land but unfortunately when the plastic packaging was removed the mattress was heavily water damaged and was returned immediately and now awaiting a replacement which will be another month very disappointed
I've just had an update ( 26/08/26 ) from oak furniture land about my replacement mattress which should have been delivered on the 02/09/26 but Harrison spinks have no told them this has now slipped to the 15/09/26 due to increased demand so much for trying to get it done quicker like you have promised this mattress was ordered on the 15/06/26 that's 3 months not really acceptable is it

I'm so in love with my mattress! The quality is top class and I am so impressed with the company. The fact that it's handmade and from quality natural materials is absolutely unbeatable and affordable! I have never slept better! My only negative had to do with my local retailer who didn't reflect Harrison Mattress very well.
