Great choice of mattresses
Great choice of mattresses , but hard to choose the right one it’s better to go away and go back another day try the mattress again to make sure you pick the right one for you
You have to remember it takes a few weeks to get used to your new mattress our only regret is not changing our mattress sooner

If you wish to escalate your complaint, in such cases, we respectfully request that you report back directly to your retailer, as they hold your purchase contract. Should they wish to call upon our services for assistance, they will instruct us and provide the relevant supplier order details.
We produce 1,000’s of handcrafted, luxury beds each week and work closely with all our retailers. Sometimes things go wrong and when they do, we strive to resolve as quickly and transparently as possible. Should a manufacturing fault be found, under our terms of guarantee, a product would be replaced.
Excellent quality
I bought a Harrison Spinks Levisham 3750 sprung mattress and 1000 spring divan base online. So it was a bit of a gamble having not seen the actual mattress or divan. However, I have had the mattress for 5 weeks now, and it is excellent. I have had no problems sleeping at all.
It looks, and feels, well made. The handles on the side make it easy to rotate the mattress. No depressions have appeared on it (as recommended I have been rotating it initially once per week).
The divan was easy to put together, and again seems to be well made. The fabric colour was as expected, and fits in well in the bedroom.
As said, they were both bought online, and the 4-5 week time to make the mattress and divan seemed right. I received them both about a week later from the courier.
Overall I have had no problems with Harrison Spinks themselves or with their mattress and divan.

Not cheap, but worth every penny.
We ordered the bed from Rodgers in York who had a good selection of beds to choose from, including a large variety of those made by Harrison Spinks. We chose our Harrison Spinks bed as it promised to be the most comfortable. There were much more expensive beds available with "more springs" but the difference between the bed we chose and them was insignificant and to us, not worth the additional cost. The overall price was bumped up significantly by ordering a matching base with drawers and a headboard. We were told the bed would take between 4-6 weeks to make and to be delivered, which it did. I don't know if the bed was delivered by Rodger's staff or Harrison Spinks, they were efficient setting it up and took all the packing away with them.
We've had the bed about two weeks now, and overall we're happy with our choice and purchase. It is comfortable and provides good support to the body when laying on your back or side particularly as I have a back issue.
The bed appears to be very well made, the base is good as is the headboard. I would be happy to recommend both the bed and Rogers to my friends and relatives.

The service was great very professional. Mattress very comfortable I'm waking up with a sore back which I know my Mattress will adapt to my body also find that i get very hot but again i know i have to break it in gently but overall I'm very pleased with my Mattress and following all the instructions i was given.

Very impressed with there 5* service
Very impressed with there 5* service. Always kept updated via emails, and phone calls on the day of your delivery. There is no heavy lifting as the two delivery men do it all for you.
All you have to do is unwrap it, allow time for your mattress & enhancer time to breath before adding the mattress protector and bedding.
The quality of the mattress is of outstanding quality, made with natural fibres & materials and very little odour to it,which soon goes after its been aired for a couple of hours. We are slowly adjusting to our new mattress and enhancer.There is so much difference in the feel & texture between our old mattress and the Harrison spinks handmade one, its a joy to enjoy a good nights sleep, and waking refreshed.

Super King Emerald season turn Zip & Link Mattress
This mattress was purchased from Fairways Furnishings Coleford Gloucestershire. The showroom has a great selection of beds to try and excellent informative staff. We have found the mattress to be excellent quality and very comfortable. It was delivered directly from the Harrison Spinks factory in Yorkshire. The delivery people were great helping to put the mattress upstairs into the bedroom. We found the whole experience dealing with Fairways and Harrison Spinks wonderful!

Very efficient company
Very efficient company, replied promptly to a query about an Emerald mattress recently purchased.
Mattress is very comfortable, took a few night's sleep to adjust to it, as the supplier informed me it would.
My joints are aching less and a neck problem much improved. I've put it down to the right support mattress. An investment!
