Have had the Harrison lavender mattress…
Have had the Harrison lavender mattress 3 years now and it has a massive indent problem my husband has sore shoulders and back and iv bad lower back.
Went on holidays our back problems eased dramatically came home back to agony again had a mattress assessment it was deemed normal for the age of the mattress 😂😂I literally need a push to get out of the indent and huddling by many other comments they are having the same issue

We work closely with all our retailers to investigate issues and offer the best possible service - we always deal fairly and will correct any manufacturing fault deemed with a product.
When a mattress inspection is carried out, an industry standard plumb line test is conducted across several areas. Also, the suitability and condition of the base is taken into consideration. Should a manufacturing fault be found with a product, under our terms of guarantee, it would be replaced (via the retailer).
If a customer complains of back pain, this could relate to selection error and suitability, not manufacturing.
If you wish to escalate your complaint, in such cases, we respectfully request that you report back directly to your retailer, as they hold your purchase contract.

If you expect a mattress to retain a flat surface to sleep on, avoid this manufacturer at all costs.
Whilst initially the best mattress I had ever slept on, within weeks it started to dip, and made the house stink of sheep for the first couple of months. After contacting the supplier, an appointment was made and a technician came out to take measurements (measurable dipping was found even without any weight on it), but apparently his report says that there were no manufacturing faults. Because of this, the retailer has washed their hands of it and I am stuck with a bed that cost nearly £3k, is only six months old, and feels like it has reached the end of its life. The company use the disclaimer that 'body imprinting' is normal. In technical terms, this is permanent deflection of the surface, and I was not informed that this is a 'feature' of these matresses before I bought it. The base has also dipped - this was noted and recorded by the technician and not something I had noticed. Maybe a bit of plywood over the top will cure that.
I have never experienced this with any other mattress, and have rotated it regularly as instructed. It simply has the same imprint but upside down on the other side, and my left arm feels like it is on an armrest when I am laid on my back on it. (I am of a normal weight.) If I try to lay on my left side, it twists my back as my knees are pointing uphill, and on the right side feels like I will be tipped out of the bed.
It will soon be going to the tip, unless it is any better flipped over with a topper on it, which I will try before wasting all that money, although it is designed not to be flipped. I would not purchase another bed from this manufacturer under any circumstances.

All our mattresses experience settlement during their lifetime (even from day 1). This is a characteristic of a naturally filled mattress. As most people sleep in the same position every night, body impressions are felt more in these areas. We recommend following our mattress care guide, with regards to turning (if dual sided) and rotating to minimise impressions and to help ensure even settlement. The level of settlement is dependent upon several factors such as age, model type, and usage.

All our mattresses contain natural fillings including wool and hemp, they sometimes have a slight organic odour by airing your mattress regularly in a well-ventilated room the smell will wear off and disappear.
We work closely with our retailers to offer the best possible service and if a manufacturing fault is found, under our guarantee, a product would be replaced.

The quality and craftsmanship of the mattress is immediately evident .
To turn it weights a ton which is a testament to how much is in the construction - 7000 plus springs
Lambs wool one side for a warm winter sleep and cotton / flax for a cool feel in summer .
Won’t need to replace in my life time so an investment in a good nights sleep after now getting more use to changing our mattress
A little higher to what we were used to with stronger sides , plenty of strong handles to aid turning .

Wonderful Divan Bed SuperComfy Mattress
