High Quality at a fair price
Week 2 with our new mattresses, we got the ziplock ones and I love love them. Slept very well, much better than the so called premium ones we got rid of that were 9 yrs old but with a lifetime guarantee which didn’t last. The quality of these is already obviously far superior. They are robust and comfy and well made. I love that they’re made with natural fibres and made in Leeds which is local to us. Highly recommend

Comfortable from day one
I spent over a year trying out many mattresses to replace our worn out pocket spring and memory foam mattress. Having visited a Dreams showroom to try yet more, we just liked the look of the Flaxby mattress. As soon as we laid on it we knew it was “the one”. We’ve had it for a few months and it’s been comfortable from Day 1. Worth waiting for.

Best nights sleep in years
Great new comfy mattres, very heavy which shows me it’s made well and will last, I opted for the firm option and glad I did as it’s a dream to sleep on, I always look after my beds and have turned weekly since it was delivered, very important for me to do this, I spent a small fortune but didn’t hesitate as sleep is so important

Well made and comfortable premium mattress
Harrison Spinks Classic Comfort single mattress: I have now slept on this mattress for 6 weeks. I find it extremely comfortable. It is reasonably firm, so you sleep a little bit on top, but all the pointy bits, such as hips, sink in easily resulting in a well-supported and comfortable night's sleep. It is also cool and seems to absorb heat easily. Higher than my previous mattress, you will need deep fitted sheets, and quite heavy, although there are well stitched handles to help you spin the mattress around (it is never turned over) every week for the initial running in period. Comfortable from the start, and getting more comfortable now that it is settling in. With natural fillings it dips slightly with use, which I am told is normal. This does not detract from how comfortable it is. A well made premium mattress, and in my view worth every penny.

The Silver mattress cost over £1000 has…
The Silver mattress cost over £1000 has a ten year guarantee. The mattress has not even lasted one year the mattress is dipping on each side and has a ridge in the middle. I purchased this from a very reputable local company who sent out a Mattress Technician this is a joke. They say there is nothing wrong with it, apparently this is expected !! For its age ? Really, It is not fit for purpose. Guaranteed for 10 years and not lasted a year.

As you will be aware our mattresses contain natural materials and as most people sleep in the same position every night, body compressions are to be expected, this is a normal feature of a handmade, natural filled mattress.
This is why we recommend that the mattress should be turned and/or returned (where applicable) to help with natural and even settlement.
Nevertheless, we are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing an issue with your mattress.
If you wish to escalate your complaint, in such cases, we respectfully request that you report back directly to your retailer, as they hold your purchase contract. Should they wish to call upon our services for assistance, they will instruct us and provide the relevant supplier order details.
We produce 1,000’s of handcrafted, luxury beds each week and work closely with all our retailers. Sometimes things go wrong and when they do, we strive to resolve as quickly and transparently as possible. Should a manufacturing fault be found, under our terms of guarantee, a product would be replaced.
We take all feedback on board and are committed to improving our services and processes, so please be assured that your comments will be taken into consideration.

I have had my mattress 2wks now.

At first I could not get used to it( after my other mattress was so old)
I just seemed to sink into this one!Anyhow I find it comfortable now,and have just rotated it this week,which apparently you supposed to do for the first 12wks.So hopefully happy sleeping.

We recommend this bed
We were concerned when we needed to change our last bed as it had been so good but we had excellent advice from the store Glasswells, Ipswich and chose one of your beds. We have had it for 6 weeks and we have settled into it extremely well, the pillows are excellent too. We love the comfort and the mattress is never cold when we get into it. The drawers are excellent and as the base is covered is aesthetically pleasing as it is covered so no need for a valance. I would give this bed 5 stars
