We recommend this bed
We were concerned when we needed to change our last bed as it had been so good but we had excellent advice from the store Glasswells, Ipswich and chose one of your beds. We have had it for 6 weeks and we have settled into it extremely well, the pillows are excellent too. We love the comfort and the mattress is never cold when we get into it. The drawers are excellent and as the base is covered is aesthetically pleasing as it is covered so no need for a valance. I would give this bed 5 stars

Superb Service
After 2 years the mattress seemed to develop an issue. I contacted the retailer - Glasswells of Ipswich. Within 2 weeks an agent from Harrison's Spinks came and inspected the mattress. Within 1 week I received confirmation that the mattress would be replaced. As the Chalfont was no longer available Spinks offered an upgraded replacement at no cost and the option to pay just the difference for a more expensive mattress. Glasswells have ordered the replacement with delivery in 4 to 5 weeks. They will dispose of the existing mattress for free.
Between Glasswells and Harrison Spinks the service has been superb.

This was our second Harrison mattress.
This was our second Harrison mattress, the previous one having lasted fourteen years, although you would not think it from its appearance and still giving a comfortable sleep.
However, as I have also gained fourteen years I am no longer able to turn the mattress over periodically. We therefore decided to replace our mattress with a single sided mattress not requiring to be turned over. Fortunately there was one on display with both firm and medium sides on the same mattress for comparison. It was easy therefore to make our choice and place the order the same day, the store sale being an added bonus. Although single sided, the new mattress had 500 more springs than our previous double sided mattress with a comparable luxurious feel.
The order was completed on time with the mattress being delivered on schedule.

Wonderful mattress
Skipton bed and sofa centre was my nearest stockist which made it super convenient. I had good advice in the showroom and took around an hour to decide which mattress. I went for the Gold gentle one.

really luv this luxe3000 mattress. its very well made & very comfortable( medium firm )with or without the enhancer topper.well pleased with the low base divan and additional headboard with my choice of fabric ...also a big thank u to the staff at lucas furniture who i bought this bed set from..very professional as were the delivery team who set every thing up for me . overall . very well pleased with every thing. many thanks ...

Bought a high end high priced mattress…
Bought a high end high priced mattress from Harrison Spinks , after a month there was absolutely no support whatsoever and the mattress was that soft it was giving me back pain , Harrison’s use micro springs inside their mattress’s which are just not supportive enough and cause issues with dipping / sagging / support etc
I would definitely stay well away

If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing fault with your mattress and have concerns, we kindly ask that you liaise further with your retailer directly, as your purchase contract is with them and they are the ones who will work with you and investigate the matter to reach a conclusion.
Should they wish to call upon our services then they will reach out to us directly and we will of-course assist them.
We work closely with all our retailers to investigate issues and offer the best possible service - we always deal fairly and will correct any manufacturing fault deemed with a product.

A Very Happy Customer
I have slept on my Harrison Spinks firm mattress for two weeks, since delivery on 10th March. It is extremely comfortable, with good support, resulting in a very good night’s sleep.

Uncomfortable
I can’t begin to explain how uncomfortable this mattress is I wake up every morning after a terrible nights sleep with full body aches. Both myself and my husband are finding it so hard and absolutely nothing like it was in the shop I am so unhappy I am desperate for the 40 night to be up so I can swap it

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that the mattress hasn't been meeting your expectations and that it’s causing you discomfort. That’s certainly not what we want and understand how frustrating it can be to wake up feeling achy.
Sometimes when a new mattress arrives in your home, it may feel slightly different to the model you tried in the shop, as natural settlement has to take place and we advise that our mattresses are used for the full 12-week period and request that customers use the mattress, turning (subject to the model) and rotating on alternate weeks for the full settlement period. This allows you to adjust to the feel of the mattress which develops after this initial period and thereafter.
That said, it is important to us that you find a solution that works for both you and your husband and the trial you mention that your retailer has offered, will of-course allow this.
Excellent quality mattress and great value
Really great mattress, excellent quality and a great nights sleep. Sales experience through Land of Beds was excellent too. Only disappoint was the delivery team who really didn’t take much care and seemed like they had never handled a mattress before.

Extremely happy with my new mattress, the quality is second to none. I wanted a British made mattress and not one from any local shop as they never seem great quality.
