My 12 year old Harrison is the Best mattress I've ever had
I've had my Harrison mattress before it became Harrison Spinks approximately 12 years single person using a double bed. It's a 5 star mattress but I've dropped 1 star purely because of the weight. Mine has never dipped or sagged and I love the mattress but feel it's time for a new one because it's summer/ winter sided and gets turned over 4 times a year with help from 2 males, now I'm elderly I've no one to turn and rotate the extremely heavy mattress that bothers me the actual weight, I'd like to purchase a new mattress one that doesn't require turning/ rotating. Best mattress I've ever had so comfortable for me and my back problems. So apart from the weight I'd like to buy another.

The exchange of mattress was very good
The exchange of mattress was very good! The engineer came very quickly after I sent photos and email and he agreed straight away there was a problem!
Since they are hand made we had to wait around 6 weeks.
Fingers crossed it is now resolved

I have had my mattress changed several…
I have had my mattress changed several times as it has sunk and is extremely uncomfortable. Harrison Spinks will not help they just say go back to your retailer. Their customer care has been very poor. Maybe someone from Harrison Spinks would like to contact me? So now I have had your mattress inspector who confirms a ridge but says that it is acceptable? I would like to see him or anyone else from Harrison Spink sleep on it and then say that.
Thank you for your reply but your customer service was not helpful at all.
Button and Sprung have changed the Mattress and it has happened again.
I am a very petite person so I can’t understand why your mattress keeps doing this. It has given me terrible pain and I don’t look forward to going to bed.
I feel sorry for the retailer as you make the product. My mattress is uneven and lumpy after a year when they exchanged it. I can’t believe other people are not having issues with your beds. I had a vispring before with no problems. Only wished I replaced with another one and not one from your company.

It's disheartening to learn that it hasn’t met your expectations. If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing fault with your mattress and have concerns, we kindly ask that you liaise further with your retailer directly, as your purchase contract is with them and they are the ones who will work with you and investigate the matter to reach a conclusion.
Should they wish to call upon our services then they will reach out to us directly and we will of-course assist them.
We work closely with all our retailers to investigate issues and offer the best possible service - we always deal fairly and will correct any manufacturing fault deemed with a product.

Caveat Emptor. Harrison Spinks. Not impressed.
Over the past 18 years I have had two Harrison Spinks mattresses. The first one – super superb could not fault it. Kept it shape, sides remained firm despite by being slightly overweight and it was always comfortable.
Even though that one was okay I fell for the marketing of replacing a mattress every decade also.
Only one place to go – back to Harrison Spinx.
I treated myself to a top of the Range unit with a ridiculously high amount of springs. I went for the firm rating.
Cost thousands.
Within six months it began to sag. Now. Three years on. Despite turning - both upside down and end to end the problem got worse. Now it is unfit for purpose. The pumps, body impressions and overall quality is wanting.
I debated complaining to the company, but did some research beforehand it transpired there’s a number of people that have had this problem. Their specialists appear to arrive, roll on the bed and then direct the purchaser to solutions that are impossible in reality.
Trustpilot seems to attract a quite forgiving customer. However, if you are reading this, one of the minority of negative complaints, have a look at the reviews on Google. I get the feeling these ex customers are more open and direct about their experience.
I wanted to add a couple of photographs of the label, et cetera, but there is not the facility for that on here. If however somebody from marketing from HS reads this, I’m very happy to send them to you.
I’ve tried to stick to facts here. That said, I feel very disappointed that a British company that has an established problem,with their high-end products, does not do something about it. We shall see.
So I have bought a Hypnos mattress. I am praying that things will be better.

As our mattresses contain layers of natural fillings, you will find that the fillings will settle/dip in the most used areas - this is a normal feature of a natural filled handmade mattress. Turning your mattress (if dual sided) and rotating on alternative weeks for the initial 12-week settlement period (and monthly thereafter) helps to ensure even settlement across the full mattress sleep surface.
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we take all feedback seriously in our commitment to continuous improvement.
Where a customer has manufacturing concerns, we can arrange for an inspection in the home to see how the product performs and to see if there is anything untoward – this is something that can be requested via your retailer. If a manufacturing fault is found, then we would exchange the product, as we operate to the highest standards of professional and ethical integrity. We always deal fairly and will correct any manufacturing fault, given the chance to inspect a product.
We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations and do hope that your new mattress is more suitable for your needs.

The information on your website was insufficiently detailed to be absolutely certain of the product specifications and each retailer has their own variations so complicating this further. Result the mattresses were not exactly what we were expecting

We bought our Jade mattress from…
We bought our Jade mattress from Skipton Bed Centre at the beginning of January 2026. Delivered by Mattress Online. Having both been involved in a serious RTA in 2023 we'd been struggling to sleep well ever since. We couldn't decide between the Jade or Ruby mattress but decided on Jade. It has been a godsend to us. Very comfortable and a luxurious quality in every way. We could not be more satisfied. Thank you to HS, SBC and MOL. Excellent service all round.

I want to cry
I want to cry! I ordered a AHarrison spinx quarts deluxe medium -
I’m an all around sleeper but tend to end up on the side a lot so I went with a medium because it said all round position. Im only two nights in and I have serious hip pain today feels like my hips are now misaligned and my right shoulder / back is really soar. i am only in my 30s and don’t usually suffer with any type of pain. The mattress was a little expensive for my budget over 2000£ but I thought I’d invest in my future sleep but now I’m
Worried I’ve made a huge mistake as the mattress seems to be more firm for me.

Only had bed a couple of weeks but absolutely lovely comfy bed.. people say expensive but I think that rubbish for a good night sleep and support .for the next 15 years or more ..well worth it .but will be back on if let's me down . But I doubt it . Ruby 12500 medium u got back problems go for that .
