We went to Hayes Travel for a quote to New Zealand. We had worked out a price if we booked it ourselves. We got a quote the next day which covered everything we wanted and it came in under our price plus you get more back up while you're away. 5 ster service, well done Hayes.

Good service in store, but issue on holiday.
The service we received in store was great, very efficient with all are documents provided for us. The reason for the 3* is due to the communication between Hays and Jet2. We had requested and paid for private transport but Hays did not provide the details to Jet2, so we had to spend time on holiday contacting Jet2 to find out what time we were being picked up from our hotel. This information should have been available on the Jet2 and/or Hays app, but wasn’t.
Having read the response from Hays I can confirm I did check the Jet2 app and I did reread the documentation, there was nothing stating the time of the pick up. This prompted me to have to phone Jet2 while on holiday. The person I spoke to said our Travel agents (Hays) had not updated the system which was why the Jet2 app did not have any details of our pick up time.

I was sorry to learn you had an issue with your return private transfer. Emma our manager is not in today, so I am replying on her behalf. We did pass your contact details to Jet2 and you also had a transfer voucher for the private return transfer with the instructions on it :
Your return transfer pick-up time and location are available in the Jet2 app two days before your holiday starts. Plus, if we have
your contact details, we’ll also send you a reminder by text or email three days before you return home. Please be at your pick-up
point five minutes before the start of your pick-up window and wait for the full duration for us to collect you. In the unlikely event
your transfer doesn’t arrive by the end of the pick-up window, please call our friendly team on (0044) 113 887 0350 and they’ll be
happy to help. If you do need to get in touch, we kindly ask that only one member of your party tries to reach us.
Please can you confirm if you did not receive
any contact from jet2 or have details 2 days before on the Jet2 app we can look into this for you with . Our app is purely for admin purposes to show you your documentation. Jet2.
