Super Friendly Staff
Chloe was very helpful in sourcing a holiday that met our requirements and arranging everything including printing off the paperwork needed, boarding passes etc
The staff were always polite and helpful when I popped in.

I have booked two holidays for next…
I have booked two holidays for next year; in January to Guatemala and Belize. In May I will be visiting Morocco with Titan travel. Lindsay in the Broadstone branch was most helpful. She and all the staff there are excellent which is why I always go to Hayes Broadstone and, as they know, I have been all over the world including this year to India with Titan travel; last year to Thailand and previously to Sri Lanka and Sicily; all booked through Hayes travel!

Hays Broadstone - first time user
Had a great experience from getting quotations for a short overseas holiday through to booking, collecting documents / boarding passes and currency.
Everyone I made contact with through phone, email and in person were very nice, polite and eager to help.
Suffice to say I had a great holiday in Turkey (my first time in the country) and would recommend using Hays to book future travel.
