Aimee was amazing. And then again the nextcday. Sorting things out with Tui for me 10/10.

Part of the reason for booking with Jet2 was offers that I was sent were found to be quite true. I had the £100 off code from the Jet2 page then the 4 vouchers I had was found only to be worrhy of one £60 off.

As usual Hays @ BSE are outstanding, my last four or five meetings have been taken with Kathryn and I love this young lady, she definitely knows how to go above and beyond with her customer service!!! And I really appreciate that she spends so much time and is really invested in the customer experience, to achieve their successful destination.

I found booking with Hays has been very stress free. Call backs when agreed. All questions were answered within a very reasonable timeframe. Katie has been very helpful, cheerful, respectful, and very supportive and understanding of our holiday needs, as we are a party of 12 with 2 younger children and 1 with severe autism.
