Next year's ski trip was realised while…
Next year's ski trip was released while I was on the current ski trip, I couldn't make it to the location where the bookings were taking place so I messaged James, manager of Hays, Downpatrick, he immediately arranged for a Hays representative to ring me and I was able to arrange next year's booking immediately. I am so grateful to Hays for their customer care and attention to customer requests. They are a very professional yet friendly travel agent and make arranging travel abroad easy and accessible.

Easter get away
We went into the Travel agents with no clue where we wanted to go. We just had dates in mind. Geraldine was amazing with us and spent a lot of time getting to know our likes and dislikes about holidays before helping get us what we wanted. She reminded us about getting insurance and went through the currency etc. An overall brilliant experience.

Absolutely amazing
Honestly I was very nervous going into a travel agents as being fifty years old and I have never booked a holiday before in my life! However my nervousness was put to rest, the lady that helped us was amazing, very helpful and patient with my inexperience of booking holidays, she was absolutely amazing. Definitely be back there again to book future holidays

I find everyone very helpful
I find everyone very helpful , but there is one girl that is so nice and would go so far to help and her name is Laura from hays travel castle court , and I would try and wait till she's in because she's so easy to speak too , and I feel very comfortable sitting with her while we book our holiday . But I do find everyone pleasant and helpful .
