Great experience
Lauren was fantastic from start to finish. Once she understood exactly what I was looking for, she took the time to find options that suited me perfectly, resulting in a fantastic holiday that she booked for me.
I’m usually used to doing everything myself online, but Lauren took all the hassle out of my hands this time. She went through all the small print, made sure everything was right, and has promised to keep me updated every step of the way.
It was such a refreshing and stress-free experience having someone take care of everything for me. I’m really pleased with the holiday she found and would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to take the hassle out of booking their next trip.

Booked a Lisbon city break for a birthday celebration.
The staff were very friendly ,knowledgeable and professional and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.
