The staff are so helpful and professional. The communication is fantastic. Price match and the different payment options suit us down to the ground.
The staff make you feel like you did back in the day before the web, very customer focused.

It’s always easy booking with hays travel, I was speaking with Deborah from the Cumbernauld store through Facebook messenger. Deborah was amazing with getting us exactly what we wanted and took her time to get us the best deals.
