Hays Travel - Cumbernauld Avis 

This is the second cruise holiday we have booked this week with Hays Cumbernauld, One by phone on Wednesday with Evelyn and Lauren and the latter one on Saturday in store with Sandra.
As always the process, attention to detail and personal service received was second to none.
Saturday saw the shop with system and telephone issues causing longer than normal responses from booking /telephone contacts...this didn't phase Sandra who along with help from Kimberley and Evelyn stayed past closing time to get us the best price and conclude our booking. Fantastic Team - wouldn't book anywhere else.

Thanks Sandra, for taking my vague idea and making it all possible.

Sandra from Hays Travel Cumbernauld has booked many cruises for us, many of which have certainly not been straight forward. The cruise booked yesterday was complex as it included multiple reservations, all of which were dependant on one another. Nothing phases Sandra. She works until she exhausts all avenues and doesn’t admit defeat. Well done once again for achieving what we thought might be impossible.

Evelyn helped me today to book holiday.
She was good at explaining costs, schedule & she arranged for holiday to be paid in monthly instalments which spread cost.
Told me about insurance, car parking & informed I would be contacted nearer to date regarding euros.

Once again we have received the brilliant personal service fom Evelyn at the Cumbernauld branch. She goes out of her way to get us accommodated with our holidays. All the other staff in the branch are equally as efficient and helpful and with a pleasant manner. The atmosphere in the branch is always upbeat and helpful and with smile

Very helpful and pleasant assistant sorted everything out very quickly and efficiently but I use the shop in Cumbernauld at least three times a year .

We booked our first cruise through Hays and Sandra, their cruise expert was brilliant. I had so many questions and she was very patient as I’m sure she must’ve been fed up with all the emails!
