Karen was, as usual, extremely, patient and very helpful. She found us the exact villa where we wanted to go. And the best fights at the right times. Will defiantly be coming back next year.

The place to book a holiday.
I booked a holiday with Laura yesterday l was impressed with the service l received, Laura was friendly and efficient. She also price matched a price l had found online.
Compared to High Street company’s ie TUI Hays give a far better service.

Met with Karen in the shop and within a few minutes the cruise was all booked and on our way. Karen and all the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the holidays. We always book with them for peace of mind.

Great Service
My wife went into the Goring branch in the morning as I was out elsewhere. When I returned I phoned Vicky at the branch and after a few questions she phoned me back with all the answers. I paid a deposit and before she finished for the day she phoned me back and confirmed the booking. Great and friendly service.

The agent I saw listened to my ideas…
The agent I saw listened to my ideas and concerns. She spent time looking at options with me before continuing in my absence and emailing me the options. She followed up with a phone call but was not pushy.
We went back in to book and she was very clear about what was available and ensured we were happy with everything.

They could make you feel a bit more important and that you matter.
I was in travel agents for over an hour and had little conversation with the staff I felt uncomfortable
