Store Not Open at Advertised Time – Left Waiting Outside
The opening time displayed on the store door is 9:15am. However, at 9:25am I was still standing outside waiting while the staff were inside having a meeting.
The staff were clearly aware I was there. I had already tried the door and several members of staff looked over and saw me waiting outside. I completely understand that staff meetings may sometimes run over, but it would have taken very little effort for someone to come to the door and let me know when the store was actually going to open.
After waiting for more than 10 minutes past the advertised opening time with no acknowledgement or explanation, I eventually gave up and went elsewhere.
Very disappointing customer service, particularly when the opening hours were clearly displayed on the door. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Nothing was a bother for Alison(Greenock branch), she helped us decide on the best destination for our family's first holiday and looked for the best deal for our budget. She answered all our queries and helped put us at ease with some travel worries we had.
