I liked the attention Darren paid to our needs for holiday. We had to visit the
Shop a couple of times as our situation was changing on a daily basis.
Nothing was a trouble very attentive to our needs .

Booking straight forward
Booking straight forward . Member of staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.Updated us re tax on arrival to hotel, only criticism is we were not made aware we would also have to pay extra on arrival for air-con, WIfi and safe and didn't discover this until when reading reviews on arrival home 😟
