Booking straight forward
Booking straight forward . Member of staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.Updated us re tax on arrival to hotel, only criticism is we were not made aware we would also have to pay extra on arrival for air-con, WIfi and safe and didn't discover this until when reading reviews on arrival home 😟

Once again Alison at Hays travel Hartlepool has navigated us through our family holiday booking. It is difficult trying to arrange a holiday when everyone wants prices for different things but Alison is very patient with us. Excellent service. The lady was very helpful in finding us a city break. She explored numerous options for us and actually found somewhere that we probably wouldn't have thought of if we had just researched it ourselves.
