Anniversary holiday planning
Excellent friendly service from the minute you walk through the door. Special praise for Darren who help us through the process and answered all of our question, he took the time to fully understand what we were actually looking getting from our holiday, this allowed him to guide us on our choices to get the perfect anniversary holiday.

110% care and commitment.
Hays in Hartlepool have always given 110% when it comes to booking a holiday. A 2 family booking of people who live hundreds of miles apart, who pay separately and travel independently to holiday together, is done with care, friendliness and expertise. Nothing seems too much for them. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

I wouldn't go anywhere else....been booking through this branch for nearly 20yrs or more. The staff are fab,nothing too much trouble. Make me feel like I'm their only customer even though always super busy.
