Helpful from start to finish
From entering to leaving,everything was explained. The assistant was Darren,and he was very knowledgeable about what we were wanting to go on holiday. We were unsure about going to Zante ,with what is going on at the moment.He reassured us that we would be fine.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Once again we received fantastic service from all staff in Hays travel Hartlepool.
From the minute we started looking for a holiday to completion the help and support we were given was second to none and will definitely be using this company again for our next holiday.

Great service
I contacted Hays at Hartlepool fir a quote on a cruise I was looking at, I told them what it was I wanted and they said they would have a look for me, and email me with the quote.
The quote was exactly what I wanted so we booked. All this was done without visiting the shop. Excellent service.
