Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, informative, attentive and helpful, whilst totally unpushy. Our needs were anticipated and suitable suggestions made by Ellie. When it came to actually making a booking, the service was superb. Follow-up questions have been dealt with really well and we are totally confident with our choice of holiday.

I booked a Virgin Cruise through Hays a couple of years ago and were so impressed with the service that we didn’t hesitate to return for this summer’s holiday.
Ellie and Jessie were fantastic, they took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us find and book the perfect trip for our family. The whole process was smooth, professional and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.
A brilliant team delivering excellent service and will definitely be booking with them again very soon!
