The caring approach…
The staff were very helpful and took time with cabin selection due to support required for our circumstances and persevered in sorting out an error with MSC. They really cared and were brilliant

Why do I always buy a holiday when I visit Hays Travel?
Whenever I visit Hays Travel, whether to ask a question or, in fact, book a cruise, the welcome is the same, no matter who you see. You are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. You are not pressurised into buying a holiday and everything is explained at each point along the process. Yesterday, I was given far more information than what appears on the internet and this enabled me to make up my mind immediately and choose a cruise there and then.
I would recommend this firm, and particularly the branch I was in, unreservedly - this is now my 5th cruise organised with Hays Travel.
I would like to give a special mention Becky who was, as always, efficient, friendly and very informative, as she was when I booked my first cruise with Hays on Cunard's Queen Mary 2 in 2018.
