I was made very welcome when I asked if I could book flights for Portugal fairly quickly, The first one to evolve was very expensive and I think it was obvious I was hoping for better. After a while it meant going a day later but was able to book a cheaper flght but still with TAP and reasonable times.

Excellent service
Dean listened to what I was looking for and came up with some options which he emailed to me.
I went to the office the following day and saw Sinead. The holiday I planned to book was no longer available but she found me the best options on my 2nd choice.

Suzanne was amazing, very professional and friendly. Helped enormously with choosing cabin and explaining how the dining etc worked. First time booking with Hays, we will definitely book again. So nice to talk through the booking.
