Excellent customer service from Kerry at Hays Travel.
One of the easiest ways to book a holiday is having someone arrange everything for you.
Found Kerry, who arranged our holiday, very friendly, easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Kerry managed to find us exactly the holiday we were after and at a good price as well.

I went to Hays with a very specific number of requests
All were met, staff friendly and helpful, thank you. My only critism would be how hot the travel agents was. Happy to go back.
