Aiden was very helpful yesterday with the booking , and Ella had found us some great options.
Chloe and Kathy also helpful over the phone, everyone is very responsive and friendly. My husband is disabled with Parkinson's and we feel in safe hands.

I have this time met Hannah, as Kathy was on holiday. I needed help with booking a flight from London Stansted to Milan and this time with Ryanair. Hannah helped me from the beginning to organise an app for Ryanair and find a flight ticket.I would not have been capable to do myself.
She advised me to book hotel rooms before my trip to Milan and after my holiday the night before going home to Norwich by train in the morning after having a relaxing night at hotel.
I felt lucky to have met Hannah such a friendly and capable person ,fully supportive !
