Hays Travel - Norwich City Avis 

We have booked with Hays travel many times in the past , and as always they were as brilliant as they were many times before. Kerry booked our last holiday to Eygpt and also booked this one for us , and her efficiency and customer were tip top and excellent. She was so helpful as were all the staff in the shop. They make everything thing so easy and put your mind at rest and ease , so that you know your getting the best service and best holiday without any hassle. I would always recommend Hays to anyone above most other companies. Thank you so much for a great service.

very efficient in dealing with our enquiry for booking a holiday

We knew exactly what we wanted to book, a cruise, but had a few questions. We have done almost 30 cruises but none with Ambassador. Chloe helped us choose the best available cabin based on her knowledge of the company.
Only downside was the wait time; the branch is clearly very popular.
