Hays Travel - Norwich City Avis 

Kerry went out of her way in dealing and sorting out our cruise. Left Hays with our cruise ideas. Kerry came back after couple of days with all the transfers / hotels and basically did all the leg work. Can not thank her enough.

Me and my friend went in to book a coach holiday and the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by Cathy who went above and beyond to make sure we got the holiday we wanted. It took a while as her system was not overly fast but she was patient and lovely. She explained every detail of our holiday so we came away with the holiday we wanted. Very Happy, and thank you Cathy but the terrible busker outside the shop needs to go :)

We went into the Norwich city office to get some brochures and ended up buying the holiday of our choice in Crete. Cathy was very knowledgeable and helped us with our hotel and flight bookings and was able to get us a discount (bonus). We would recommend Hayes to others.
