I visited the Oswestry shop to pick our tickets up for our next holiday. There’s always a friendly atmosphere in the shop. I booked the holiday with Gary who’s always helpful and knows the sort of hotel and facilities we enjoy so all very good.

Gary and Elis were so helpful with our cruise booking, sorting out an issue with the online system that initially looked like we couldn’t have the room we wanted, but all good! They even went to the trouble of booking our car parking on our behalf, which from P&O’s correspondence looked like it was up to us and wasn’t guaranteed. Again, all good!! Great advice on insurance too. We’re able to answer all our questions. We’ve booked with P&O online before but this was much nicer - and reassuring - to go through the process in person knowing everything is sorted. Highly recommend Hays Travel in Oswestry - the whole team very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

Booked a cruise yesterday, Maisie and Mel at the Oswestry store were great.
Mel was great helping Maise out with the booking process. It was great to see a more senior staff member helping develop the skills of another.

Having never used a travel agent before, we were recommended Hays by a friend we found the hole experience first class, the agent Ellis was friendly and really helpful with nothing being to much trouble, we will definitely use this company again.
