We spoke to a very helpful and friendly member of staff at Hays in Rayleigh.

I had the most efficient, helpful and friendly assistant at the Rayleigh branch, his name is David. I am elderly and currently taking medication that impacts slightly on my functioning. David was beyond understanding.

We visited your Rayleigh Travel Agent and the lady there was called Coryann, she was more than helpful and made our visit very worthwhile. We booked a 14 day cruise to the Canary Islands. Coryann organised everything for us, including parking & insurance.
We are very grateful to her as everything has been organised for us.

Booked Our First Cruise
David at the Rayleigh branch was very knowledgeable & helpful. He was able to provide us with so much really useful information which allowed us to make an informed decision about booking our holiday. David was really friendly & very thorough.
