Friendly staff
Friendly staff, humoured our two year old who was running up and down pretending to be a plane. Covered all the important details and made sure I had all contact numbers I needed if there are any problems.

We dealt with Georgia in the Kingfisher branch and she quickly found a lovely hotel just off La Rambla in Barcelona for us. We had a fabulous few days away,reasonably priced and good flight times.

Lexi, the travel advisor who assisted me, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in finding the perfect holiday for me. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Thanks to her expertise, I ended up booking a holiday to Rhodes, which ticked every box. Lexi and her colleagues were incredibly knowledgeable about the destination and helped tailor everything to suit my preferences and budget.
